There are no responsible employees in the bank. Most pathetic in terms of customer care ,etc. Privy customers are not welcome in the bank so i cannot imagine how the others will b treated. The appointment of relation ship manager is a sham . They keep changing but the new one is not handed over with the history of the client. They are just interested in getting the investments done thru them so that they can earn commission on the same. Most ever pathetic bank in terms of credit card, savings account and even loans

Further, I have tried to contact on the Toll Free (1800 102 6022)/ Landline (080 -66006022) but from both the numbers I was redirected to Another Toll Free Number 1800 209 1100 Which is temporally unavailable. (There is no Voice Support on these toll free numbers). Finally i called Kotak Bank Customer Care executive and lernt that you should press 2 2 0 to access the Service Executive of Kotak Cards.

Too Poor Service and customer care …
