I have been Iiving in my new home from March 2019 and in this time I have bought two kenwood microwave. The product is disappointing and useless both times. Both microwave have not lasted even 2 years. I would never buy or recommend kenwood to anybody.
Hi I purchased a Undercounter fridge from you. It only lasted 1 year and six months.
It just wouldn’t chill food , spent 35 pounds on a new thermostat and still did not work.
Very disappointed as we have used kenwood products a lot and they served well over the years.
Have you had any other complaints about fridges .

My Kenwood SLM610 kettle is 12 months/ 2 years old (not sure which January sales I bought it in. I bought Kenwood with the belief of it being such a reliable brand. Full price was $200, I think I got it for half price. It leaks water through the bottom where you sit it on the base. I emailed the delonghi group on 28/01/19 and hadn’t received a response so followed it up with a phone call today to confirm my email had been received. Rude woman on the other end who couldn’t give a shit. It actually wasn’t what she said but more so how she said it. She couldn’t give a damn about their products or customer satisfaction. Will never buy Kenwood or their associated products again.

I am very disappointed with KENWOOD AC product and after sale services. I complaint about 100 times that my brand new 1 ton ac is not working properly but every time your technical person come and check AC and they give separate advice but no one has ever solved my problem that ac is not cooling.
The last technical person who visit last week said that ac is ok and he went away but for god sake I am not lying AC is not cooling even in night even if you run it for 6-7 hours its still not cool the room.
I have paid about PKR 42,000/- rupees and still ac is not working so I am just requesting you to replace the ac with same size and model.
Even if you need some money from me then tell me but please give me proper working ac so I can relax with my family.

Since the purchase of my Kenwood washing machine and dryer from Sears in 2002, I have enjoyed the peace of mind that comes with such reliable products. As a single parent, I do not have the immediate resources to repair or replace appliances. My Kenwood washer and dryer have been an absolute blessing to me for over 15 years. Both appliances still work today – although I can now hear the washing machine gears slam through the cycles. But my clothes get as clean as the first day of delivery. I strongly recommended to my family, friends and co-workers to purchase a Kenwood Washer and Dryer. I relayed to them that they will get their money’s worth and some.” Keep up the great work!!
I bought one of your food processors and found that the lid vibrated slightly which stopped the machine.I phoned your troubleshooting number,but found I was left for 25minutes listening to your awful music and never got a member of your team picking up.Your customer service is the worst I have come across and this incident has put me off Kenwood products.I returned the machine to Argos and replaced it with another make which is great.I managed to waste at least two hours of my time.Never again!
I too am so disappointed in Kenwood products, which I have used since the 50’s. They were wonderful at the time but over the years have deteriorated. My small Kenwood processor stopped working and I asked my son to bring me a larger one as a Christmas present when he came to Zambia to see me in 2017. I have hardly used it but did notice how the flour puffed out of the lid when I made pastry. Now the control switch just does round without connecting. The only way to switch it on and off is at the plug or move the jug from the connection slot. I live in Zambia and cannot afford to send off things for repair. The previous year another son sent me a Kenwood mixer. I asked for Kenwood because I have just about every attachment made. It is, however, Godby Kenwood for me.
I bought a kenwood kettle because it had been recommended by which a JKP210 and found that t the switch failed, so I bought another one (this time on ebay) and again I find that the switch has failed, has anyone else come across this problem, or am I just very unlucky???

I bought your JKP200 kettle from Waitrose on 30th April 2012.
For last couple months the lid is sticking badly, so much so my right hand is very painful and fingers swollen from trying to open it.
I’m bitterly disappointed and had always associated your name with quality.
I purchased Kenwood kettle SJM230 series just 2 years ago today (9/7/2010) to replace another manufacturer’s as I thought Kenwood product is likely to be more reliable. My SJM230 stopped working 5 weeks ago (kept blowing a fuse). I called your offices to ask about guarantee; as Kenwood only offered 12 months – your staff suggested I go back to dealer. Did this, they could not offer to replace not extend warranty/guarantee. Called your office again, who didn’t seem that interested. Kettle has had normal family usage (2 adults). I am really disappointed that having chosen to buy a better product than previously, that it should last less than two years. If I send it to you for examination I will have to pay postage of £7/8. Could be money wasted as I could clearly put this towards another kettle.

I am trying to find a part that is no longer manufactured for a Kenwood A 701A its the plastic gear thats under the planet hub cover and it gives the high speed to the beater/whisk. Any ideas where I might find one even 2nd hand would do.My machine is in perfect condition hardly been used the the gear broke as the plastic is old, shame to through away the mixer.

I have been trying to call kenwood service center but the line is either engaged or no one is picking up the call. The reason why I called is because my Kenwood chef mixer is giving me problem. The whole mixer is shaking while beating the batter. I think might be the machine parts are loose. Very disappointed by the after sales service.

I bought a kenwood steam generator iron from argos website. I only bought it because it was very good in value of money as a spare one for the future.I took it out to use six months ago and the flashing light has appeared for a replacement filter. I have replaced the filter and my light is still flashing and pump light is flashing too. The iron is perfectly working ok but i have no pressure steam. I am very dissapointed.
