    I have purchased a Kelvinator refrigerator,from Vardhman Electronics from Delhi. Date:24-12-2013. Invoice number: 5E4893/13-14/4460.
    In my refrigerator, the door rubber is not closing the door properly and its not having the cooling effect. So please accept my compalint and solve it as earlier soon.

    I had purchased a Kelvinator Refrigerator on March 2013 from bhiwani authorised dealer-127021, and since then this machine has been giving trouble like not improper cooling.

    When we called customer care they have taken the complaint. In this connection we would like to inform you that my complaint register to us and solve the my refrigerator cooling problem at the earliest.

    We purchased 245Ltr Refrigerator ( GROSS VOLUME-245, SR NO-211111261350300491, MODEL NO- KSL254MXRFK) from GUPTA TRADERS AGENCY, SADAR BAZAR MAINPURI (UP) on dated 14.04.2012.

    Sir, because the above said refrigerator freezer & other total internal parts have been melted during the operation in night hours. I lodged our complaint on 14.02.2013.. after waiting over the month there is no response & when we asked the visited engineer he said that my complain could not be solved. After this I talk to customer care again & talk to some senior person.. he told me that he solved this problem. After 2nd complain I talk to other visited engineer, he told to me that he will contact next week. But unfortunately we are still waiting for response. This is also for your information that you cancel our complaint without any proper reason.

    Purchased Kelvinator Supercool in March 2012 Model KFL195BT. As soon as i purchased it is giving trouble every 48 hours. It suddenly gives lot of noise above deep freezer and it stops suddenly. We took it to service center but they are not able to repair it. Regret buying this product.

    I purchased a refrigerator from Reliance Mart, Sector 29, Gurgaon on 23.01.2011 with a warranty of five years. Refrigerator is not working properly. I am told by company’s engineers that compressor is defective, which is to be replaced by the company within five years of purchase, but upon production of bill. Unfortunately, I have also lost the bill.
    I have sent my representative to the store many times requesting for issuing duplicate bill, but they avoided him with one reason or the other. Ultimately, I had to spare time for this petty job and visited store on 10.11.2012. I was told that the store is not maintaining the records hence showed their inability to furnish duplicate bill. Hence, there is no meaning of warranty for the items sold by Reliance Mart. I once again requested them on 26.11.2012 to furnish me the duplicate bill. They are not responding. Sir, I request you to please replace the refrigerator after satisfying yourself about the year of make and amount debited to my account for the purchase of the same.

    I had purchased a Kelvinator Refrigerator on 05th March 2010 from Next Electronics Mirzapur (U.P.) – 231001, and since then this machine has been giving trouble like not improper cooling.

    When we called customer care they have taken the complaint. In this connection we would like to inform you that my complaint register to us and solve the my refrigerator cooling problem at the earliest.

    I am facing a problem in my refrigerator for last 2 years. The compressor does not work properly..it was changed by your service team 3 times..every time the compressor is changed it works only 15 days. Pathetic service. I am very dissatisfied.

    I purchased a Kelvinator 1.5 ton split Ac , Model No –not mentioned on the bill , batch no- 4211/6532, dated- 29/03/12, for price-20500, from – Mahajan Marketing Jammu , Invoice no-1822. Sir the AC was not functioning properly ( No or very less cooling ) from the very first day. As I started using it regularly I realized the fault and registered my complaint with your helpline number, 18004194040, after few months, two people came from the service centre the next day just saw the AC and said that I require cleaning of the filters and servicing, I told them that it has been just working for about one month how come filters get dirty so soon. Moreover, this is not my first Ac but the fourth one , one Samsung 1.5 ton, second Bluestar 1.5 ton and one assembled old Ac. They told me that will be back after attending to another complaint , but never returned, no service form was signed by me. I somehow, managed to adjust by using along with it a fan and a cooler thus defeating the very purpose I purchased the AC for. Sir I am a doctor by profession and the AC is installed in my clinic and I do suffered a lot because of its improper functioning.

    Now , I again registered my second complaint after few months about couple of week back and Sir for the records both my complaints are registered by my name , Ritesh Gupta and phone number , 09419143373, with your customer care . They again sent the Engineer after one day . This time after my persistence he decides to touch the AC opened it up and told me that PCB was not functioning proper and they have to change it . He took the PCB , this time they made me sign a form and promised it will be changed within one day. I took their number . A week more went and no one came. After my repeated calls they returned with the new PCB installed it . Now they told me after installing it that its been repaired, Sir I told them that cooling is still not proper and now even the display is not working properly as the digits are not clear. They put an extra wire in the PCB box , may be to make it direct. Now starting to close the Ac . I asked them what they did , they said nothing its good now. I resisted and told that how can they alter the new PCB box and make it direct while its still in warrenty and after wards if something goes wrong I may be told that your warrenty is void as you have altered the original configuration of the parts. Now when I told them that ok give me in writing what you did and give me the copy of the service form , they told me that even the changed PCB is not functioning properly and now they have to again get a new PCB and promised to return in the evening . This was on last Friday, 7th September and even after 2 days no one came from the service centre. I was told to use the Ac now even the water starts to drip from the vents if I make it on.

    Sir me and my clinic has suffered a lot , even I lost my patients because of all this, More over this whole season I was not able to get the cooling of the AC , defeating the very reason I purchased it for.Sir I request you to please look into the matter urgently.

    we purchased kelvinator last year in vellore. the vegetable basket cracked 2 months back. lodged a complaint.kevinator technicians came after a long time , after making a number of calls.but till now the problem is not solved.just false promises are made by them everyday. it is better to go for LG which gives immediate service.

    With due respect i am informing you that i have taken a kelvinator refrigerator from jamshedpur, from your authorized dealer M/s national Electronics, in the month of September 2011, but i have faced a cooling problem in the month of march 2012 and it has been attended by your service dept, and it is been solved, but i have been shifted to orissa, for my job preference, and again i have faced again the cooling problem, and i have called to your service center and they have given me a service docket number, BHU0807120101 on 9th JULY, and it is been informed that it is service engineer BIREN TRIPATHY will attend the problem, and after three days he attended the problem and as per his observation he told that gas is not been there in the refrigerator, and refilling of gas is required and he also added that for refilling that gas i have to take the refrigerator to the service centre at my own cost , which i am not assured, again i have made a call and in reply they have given me another service number BHU1707120184 on 17th JULY, and information has been sent that service engineer ASHOK ACHARYA, will attend the problem , no body has came and again i have called the service center and again they have given me anothet service number, BHU2907120041, on 29th JULY, but nobody has attended the problem , again i have called the service center and again they have given me another service number, BHU3107120097, on 31st JULY, but sill now no body has attended the problem.

    At last i have taken the my own decision that i will service that issue by my own .
    So i want to know from your organisation that why you used to give that type of poor service to your customer and make things impossible, this is nothing but a harassment to us , for the last one month there is no use of refrigerator, and it is effecting my daily life badly.

    So i am requesting you please look in this matter other wise i will take some hard action regarding that.

    I got a refrigerator as gift but i opened the seal after 8 months & after opening the seal of that refrigerator the door was not closed properly. Cooling was coming outside.I called to your customer care , they sent a person to my home but was demanding for 280 rs. as service charge.Why should i pay for this defect.This defect is from backend i.e from kelvinator.

      Interesting, at least yours came for 3 years. In my case it stopped working in just 5 months. The customer care have big promises to make, still no one is caring to fix it. The product is under warranty!

    Subject: NO RESPONSE OF OUR COMPLAINT DEL 2905120790 Dated 29.05.2012

    We purchased 130Ltr Refrigerator from True Link Enterprises (D-15,
    Mohan Singh Market , Sector-6, R.K.Puram on 8.8.2011.

    Sir, because the above said refrigerator is not cooling thus we
    lodged our complaint on 29.05.2012. Complaint number given to us was
    DEL 2905120790 but unfortunately we are still waiting for response
    from your side. We sent reminders a number of times but after every two days
    you cancel our complaint without any proper reason.

    0n 13.06.2012 we got another complaint no.DEL1306120599

    I therefore once again request you to take necessary action within 24
    hours otherwise it will be presumed that you are intentionally
    harassing us and compelling us to take legal action.

    I have lodged a complaint on 1st June and the service technician came on 4th and did not solve the problem. I have lodged a new complaint and informed the local service technician, but today it is 7th June In this summer its very difficult without refrigerator. The Puducherry service centre is very bad.

    This is to complain against the laxity shown on part of your Authorised Service Center in Palakkad Dist, Kerala.
    M/s. Madhan Techni Cool Vennakkara Nurani, Palakkad.
    Our Complaint No. is 4644. We had registered our compaint on 30/05/2012, but no technician visited us till date inspite of our regular daily follow up.
