I am writing to express my deepest appreciation to Ben, Long Beach Airport Jet Blue staff on a rainy night of January 6, 2015 about 11:30 pm. When none of the Airport securities or Custodian personnel was willing to offer my desperate need of help, Ben stepped up and went out of his way to assist a customer in trouble. My flight # 629 was cancelled on june 22, 2012. I arrived at the airport at 6:00pm and checked in at 9:00 pm. One agent sent me to a line that had 400 people and one customer service agent. I waited there until 111am. I was then told to go to the 1st floor for my luggage. There i was on a line of over 300 people again with three customer service agents. When i was the third person on line a supervisor finally comes out and says all luggage of cancelled flights will be in the next flight. I take thyroid pills; my next day flight is on sunday at 8:55pm, that will be two days with out my medication. The customer services at jet blue was not helpful at all. I honestly dont appreciate spending this much money to travel, and then get treated like a piece of crap. They have a nasty attitude. If you hate your job i am sorry is not my fault.
I attempted to purchase two tickets online to fly to the usa from st lucia on the 19th november 2011. Your jetblue site did not accept my card hence am not being able to book the flights. My bank here in st lucia has put my account on hold for the amount for the two tickets indicating that my funds will not be released befor 10 days if i do not get an email from your company. Hence i request an email from you indicating that there is no booking for those names and that the booking was failed in truth so i could have the funds released by the bank. I would appreciate if this could be dealt with as soon as possible.
