    Respected sir,

I have taken loan from your thrissur loan section (Indusind bank, M G Road Thrissur Kerala.) On the month April i did approach them to give more cheque’s for the same, as i used to do it with their permission. Last time they told a sum of Rs.500 extra must be paid if i am giving more cheque’s, so i decided to pay the amount directly in their office with their permission. When i decided to give cheque’s in April they told there was no existing cheque’s with them so i have to pay cash in the office for that month. Now it seems that they had one more cheque with them and send that to my bank for collection and there was not enough balance in the bank as a result i had to bear a sum of Rs.330 as a bounce charge and also a bad mark with my bank. And when i went to the office to report the same there was a very bad behaviour form the staff and they din’t even tried to hear the problem and the manager just went away in between the conversation.
I would humbly request you to kindly take the matter seriously and take steps to stop the misbehaviour from their part, and mitigate my loss. My loan No.is ETV256.
I hope an early reply form your part otherwise i will have to forward the complaint
    1)The Reserve Bank of India
    2)The Ombudsman
    3)The consumer protection Council.

Hope i have an early reply to my mail, so it may not affect our smooth relationship now and in future.
