We regret to inform that our above said vehicle has been given to your service center at (CAPITAL HONDA – AADIT AUTO COMPANY PVT LTD -CHENNAI ) for the Air conditioner problem we like to state that your service engineers have not attended to it they are only interested to change the parts and bill the customer, I hope they are not diagnosed the problem. We have already spent more than Rs.40,000/ for which the same problem arises again and again at last they have come across to change the entire cooling set ( A/C compressor assembly) of the vehicle which is cost around Rs.67000/= they have not confirmed about the same problem will arise or not. We are unsatisfied with the service and kindly look in to the matter and revert back to us immediately for the further action.

I had booked honda jazz xmt model through dream honda dealer in surat. I booked jazz on 25-08-2011. When i booked salesman said if you give full payment we will give you delivery on 15-09-2011 or within one month. So I took a loan from HDFC and gave full payment. Sadly after I made the payment..the salesman says the model is currently not available and I can get it after 10 or 15 days. He said the manufacture was affected by Tsunami in Japan. I am very unsatisfied by the service and hope due care would be taken for future Honda customers.

Iam a proud owner of Honda Jazz and Honda Brio. I purchased Brio on 14-11-2011 from your local dealer Trident Honda, Allahabad. Your dealer has charged Rs.39980/- as registeration fee of the car, while official charges for it is Rs.35980/. I am unable to understand that why Rs. 4000/- extra has been charged. It is an exorbitant and illegal charges by your dealer. I feel that such practice of your dealer will definitely hamper the goodwill of your company. Please take necessary action in this regard.

Hi, I had booked a `Honda Jazz` on `1st. Sep, 2011` with Ring Road Honda, Con. Place, New Delhi. They assured me delivery in 2 months. Now its been almost 5 months but there is no answer from anyone.. The worst part is that I have been in contact by email with Mr.Rajneesh Raheja of Honda Customer Service several times, most of the times the gentleman doesn’t reply back or he refers me to Ms.Simmi at RRH who has no reply & time either. Is this how your Customer Service works!! I already have an Accord & a City but never faced this kind of arrogance in Honda. Finally not getting any response, on 4 Jan I sent email to both of them that since you are not responding I will be forced to take you to ‘Consumer Court’. This has also not waken them up from their sleep & there is no response from either of them.. Shame on you!! Never expected this out of Honda!!

I have purchased a HONDA CITY model VMT on 30 September 2011.The vehicle has under gone First and Second service at Courtesy Honda wazirpur Delhi. The car has earned about 6000Kms.
I wish to bring out the problems faced:
1. Sound of car horn is highly wavy and changes frequently (it may be mentioned here that the horns were changed during Second service on 01.01.2012).HOWEVER THE PROBLEM PERSISTS, in fact the Sound fluctuation has increased. I fear that there may be some current leakage in the circuit which may be risky.
2. While releasing clutch a particular type of vibration is felt at times there is Knocking sound. This problem was brought out to service centre during second service and I was informed that there are air bubbles getting trapped in the clutch oil circuit particularly in NEW Honda CAR which have been removed and the problem will be eliminated. Car was again checked by Courtesy Honda wazirpur. HOWEVER THE PROBLEM PERSISTS.
CLARIFICATION REQUIRED regarding the average meter; whenever one makes trip meter to Zero, the average meter indicates blank: subsequently the reading in average meter goes haywire and starts showing avg. as 12 and goes upto 22/23 before it gets stabilises on 17/18 KMPL. It takes about 35 Kms to get stabilized. I would like know if it is normal with every Honda City car.

I have a honda city car model city IV tech. I am regularly complaining about paint peel off problem from knob light switch and problem with volume control button fitted on steering. after 6 months of regular follow up with your service station (Prestige honda Sec :38 gurgaon) till now this problem is not solved. if your service centre giving such type of response, it would lose loyal customers.
I bought New CITY VAT in April from Apex Honda Santacruz. Right from delivery day, experience has been very poor. CASKA system is good but the support is poor beyond imagination. Their own staff is untrained, poor fitment quality, no training on how to use….. Worst still they keep blaiming each other sales girl says, I am done money is in our pocket so now go to accessory guy. Accessory person says, it is CASKA people who are responsible not me. “I am HONDA”. CASKA person is hardly of any quality to talk about…can not communicate, does not knwo his job at all. “Peanuts get you monkeys” and that is exactly what is the case here. Underpaid and over worked employees spoils brand reputation. CRM is no where in the picture after the feedback was given before a week. Waiting for almighty God to help now. Atleast do not look at dealing with Apex Santacruz. Cant tell you more about what will happen in future when servicing will be required so keeping fingers crossed.

I bought my Brio (SMT) ( Rg No- MH 02 CL 2540 ) on 18.04.2012 from Krish Cars P Ltd, Borivali east, Mumbai.
On 14.05.2012 morning i gave my car for 1st free service (before 1 month) at Krish Cars P Ltd, Borivali east, Mumbai. As i had opted for anti rust coating, i was told that car will be delivered on 15.05.2012. At the time of giving my car for servicing there was a dent on the right hand , back window, which was shown to the service person which he noted in the record. The service assistant Mr Nigel informed that touch up will be done. I was informed that the cost of antirust coating will cost 4800 + S.Tax and a discount of 10% will be given.
Now i would like to narrate what happened on 15.05.2012 at 5:00pm when i went to take the delivery of my car.
1. I was surprised to note 8% W C Tax on the invoice (Invoice no 1202277 dated 14.05.2012), which was not explained to me at the time of taking order. After a lot of argument the cashier agreed to waive the charges, and this is how i wasted my 20 min in this.
My question – Why charges are not explained before taking any order ? Why you wait for a customer to loose his temper and feel cheated before you come out with option of waiving of wrong charges?
2. When i went to inspect my car at the time of delivery, i found that no touch up as promised was not done. I was explained by Mr Nigel that touch up is done at the time of delivery only. The assistant immediately came out with a broken brush , some colour in a plastic cup and asked me if it was the same colour as my car colour and applied colour with shaky hands.
My Question – Is touch up (applying colour) work should be done by any person from the administrative desk. If touch up is done at the time of delivery, will not the fresh paint applied will catch up dust when i will drive back to my home. Why such work is under taken by a person who is not sure about the colour he is applying.
3. The condition both interior and exterior (Cleanliness ) of my car was worst than what i had given on 14.05.2012. Forget about washing or cleaning even the paper which is placed on the mat at the time of delivery (at the time of purchase on 18.04.2012) was not changed.
My Question – Is washing of car exterior and cleaning of car interiors done in free service? I find it in the manual written.
4. By this time i had already wasted my 45 min at the service station. I then with a very heavy heart and lots of frustration decided to take my car . As i entered the drivers seat to drive back, i noticed some white patches on the steering wheel and side door. On informing Mr Nigel, called a helper, who with some liquid started to clean the patches. even after many attempts the patched were not removed and i was horrified to notice that the gloss of my steering wheel was gone.
By this time i was completely shattered , and i requested Mr Nigel to call some senior to attend as he was very busy with other customers and was not able to attend me even when i was in such a bad situation.
A lady who was a customer relationship manager came and listened to my problems , she advised that all problems will be taken care and car will be ready tomorrow for delivery.
I left the service center empty hand after wasting 1 hour.
Today i.e 16.05.2012, My Nigel from his mobile 9870900684 called me at 9:14 am and asked me when i will be coming to take delivery of the car as the car was ready. When i inquired about the white patches on the steering wheel, he told it could not be removed completely. I have informed him that i will not take delivery of the car till it is in the condition (at least) which was at the time of giving the car for service.
I AM WORRIED THAT WHEN I WILL GO FOR DELIVERY OF MY CAR TODAY AT 5:00PM, IN WHAT CONDITION MY CAR WILL BE AND WILL ALL MY CONCERNS BE ADDRESSED .
I ONCE AGAIN LIKE TO INFORM THAT I WILL NOT TAKE DELIVERY OF MY CAR TILL I AM SATISFIED WITH THE WORK. I WILL NOT COMPROMISE ON THE DAMAGE DONE TO THE STEERING WHEEL .
Please inform me about the delivery of my car immediately as i am already delayed.

I own Honda Civic Car Model-2006. Its A/C is not working properly for the last about 6 weeks. It stops working after few minutes and restarts again after few minutes. It has become difficult to use it in such a hot season without proper functioning of A/C. I visited Honda Service Center – Saket Motors Pvt Ltd, they recommended for change of Compressor&Condenser. As the Showroom could not arrange for the accessories even in 5 days time I got both the parts changed from outside,but the problem still persisted. I again visited Show Room on 02June2012 but of no avail. Will you please guide me next course of action to get my problem solved.
I purchased honda city from Ring Road Honda, peera garhi, delhi on 19-July 2011. I am frustrated that since April-2012 I am receiving calls almost daily for renewal of my car insurance from different agents. My mobile number is registered for DND (Do Not Disturb) since more than a year. I have not given my car details to anyone and like to tell you that I never had car loan. I have number of proofs to prove that my details including my car purchase date, my mobile number, my complete home address and other details have been given to a insurance policy company. You can understand that such confidential information can be leaked out by employees working with honda.
I am a satisfied and proud owner of a Honda City -Limited Edition , purchased in 2001. I have been getting the car servised at a dealer -Dhakshin Honda at Bangalore. Till about a year ago things were good and service efficient .But things have become worse for the past year and complaints in the car remain unattended for months due to want of parts (this is what I am told by the service supervisors. The A/C in the car which stopped working over a year back is still unattended (due to want of compressor belt & compressor parts) couple of months ago the speedometer stolled working and the engine condition indicator lamp (yellow lamp in the instrument cluster) keeps coming up after few minutes of running . This problem is unattended during the routine service check I sent the car .Reason is parts not available.
I get an impression that such callous attention to an excellant brand is only going to tarnish the image and I may change my views regarding the Honda performance and service.
It is high time the company gives attention to these problems and regains the impression I used to carry.
I purchased a honda city ZX in the year 2008. I took 4 yrs extended warranty. My problem is that Ring Road Honda does not honour this extended warranty. They charge for every part and service. I hereby state that one should never buy Honda car. It gives only 7 Km per litre and the service staff is not friendly at all. Will anybody tell me what is the meaning of 4yrs extended warranty?
I have booked a Honda Jazz standard car on 21st May 2012 with Crystal Honda, Pune. They promised me a delivery within 45 days but after 45 days still they are not able to tell me when can I get my car. They are saying company is manufacturing less standard version and they are in touch with company for this. But there is no assurance from them that I will get it this month. If company doesn’t want to manufacture Jazz standard they should simply cancel the model. It seems they don’t want to do business here, Jazz is the best product and I opted for it because of this but whats the point if they can’t keep their promise and keep delaying delivery. At least let me know when I will able to receive the car. I think management should look into such things because this is the question of their brand and trust. If you can’t deliver then you should tell customer at the time of booking not after booking… i felt cheated. Though I am writing this I know Honda will not take any action to correct this.

I gave my car for service at Prime Honda, Vaishali and when I got the delivery, I found my wheel alloys were changed. My alloys were clear and fresh with no marks or scratches, but when I got the car delivery, it had cut marks on all the alloys. It was like the total set have been changed.
I have lodged the complaint and let me see, what is the outcome.
I suggest to all that kindly make note of your tyres serial no and also mark something on the inner side of the allloys before you give for service.
This is to bring to your kind notice that I have purchased New Honda City on 26/02/2012, Registration No. DL 8C X 4789 (Japneet Singh) through Courtesy Honda, Wazirpur. The car was fitted with Goodyear Tyres and it just covered distance of 4800 Kms till the date of
purchase (till 15th July 2012).
Yesterday (15.07.2012), when I was getting the car out of my Parking Lot in society, the car just went over a cemented block, to my surprise after this the tyre got cut from the side.
When I visited Courtesy Honda, Wazirpur, I found that now the New Honda City are equipped with Michellin Tyres which are comparatively costlier than Goodyear Tyres and of good quality. The cost of one Michellin Tyre is Rs 5300 and the Goodyear Tyre is just Rs 3000 (net difference of 2300 each tyre), overall cost of the Car goes up by Rs 11500 (2300 * 5). At the time of my purchase I did not get any discount as I was told that car was a newly launched model and there was no discount from the Company itself whereas now Honda
is giving huge amount of discounts along with Michellin Tyres.
I asked the same question to the salesman of Courtesy Honda as well as Honda Customer Care, but did not get any satisfactory answer as to why Honda is using different brands of tyres
which has huge price difference. Moreover, I am unable to understand why in the New Launch
(Initial Months of Launch) Honda has given Goodyear Tyres which is of substandard
quality as compared to Michellin or MRF Tyres.
Kindly get all my tyres replaced as I am not satisfied with the quality of Goodyear Tyres, otherwise I am planning to escalate this issue.
I have Honda Civic, Model is year 2010. The car driven is not even 8000 kms. I am the regular user and found of HONDA CARS. This is my third car. Had previously two Honda citi. This time have purchased Honda Civic, MH12 FY6112 from Crystal Honda, Pune in June 2010. Find the quality of products are worsening comparing with my two previous cars. Now this Civic car is giving trouble of its getting Door Locks Stuck. It has happened twice on different days. Now have sent the car to Crystal Honda, Pune. The problem do not exist at the time of delivering the car at workshop. God knows what and how they are going to rectify or trace the defect. Afraid may not get the car back without any rectification. Is it a common defect with Honda Civic? Anyone, please or does Honda India have any reply to this, please. I had purchased a Honda City car in June,(26/06.2012) from Pearl Honda, Time Centre, Golf Course Road, Sector-54( near SunCity) , Gurgaon .As a procedure the registration number plate alongwith the Registration documents are to be received by us no later than 4 weeks from date of Purchase . Till date we are not inreceipt of the same and our innumerous calls have fallen on deaf ears .
I am amazed at the low level of customer service of staff at the dealer’s suncity showroom and the main office , at gurgaon. As a customer i have just got false commitments and this is truly not in Honda spirit.

This is to inform you that I have a Honda City i-vtec no- HR29 W 2019 which I bought from your dealer in September, 2009. I also had got 3 years road side assistance when I bought the car. On 8 August 2012 I suffered from a major accident (at 16.50 pm)) and my shoulder and head got badly injured. The place where the accident took place, there was no peoples around. Nobody to help and my car was not in running condition. For help I called your dealer (same dealer from where I bought the car) which is located in Faridabad ,(Address:-14/1 main mathura road, Faridabad, Haryana), since I had the number of that dealer only.
It was 17:14 pm when I called that dealer on this number- 0129-4097000, there was this girl who picked up the phone (I could not remember her name), I told her about the accident. Then she told me that she is going to inform the road side assistance to arrange the pick up for the car and me. And she also told me that I will get a call in sometime from the road side assistance company. I kept waiting for their call, one hour past and still nobody called. I was suffering from a lot of pain. I doubted that the girl did not inform the road side assistance. I searched the number of road side assistance on internet. Then I called them. I was very shocked when they told me that they did not receive any call from that Honda dealer regarding my accident and pickup.
I told them about the accident; it was around 18:00 pm when I called them. They filed the complained, sent the pickup. The pickup guy arrived to me at 20:00 pm.
I am very disappointed with this false commitment and very poor service of Honda. I have decide never to go for this Brand again. I would suggest you to take necessary action against this dealer, so that this type of incidents does not happen again in future with other customers, or else I will go to consumer forum.

Purchased Honda city from hallmark Honda nerul,Mumbai in sep 2007. Boot lock has always been a problem, does not open using key. Opening boot from with lever inside cabin is not a problem. Have already paid once for replacement of lock, but the problem is not solved. Pl replace the lock free of cost and eliminate manufacturing defect. Rgds m jha

I am planning to buy a 2011 Honda City VMT model, second hand, since the company launches CNG Variant in next month, since it is a dealer fitment, i wish to get the fitment done at the dealer.
Will company extend the same amount of warranty as it will extend to its new CNG CITY Models.

I booked Honda City AT Calico Honad located in Verna, Goa, on August last week and paid deposit. I was told that Car will be delivered by 5th September 2012. As they did not deliver by September 18th. I complained to Honda Corporate office and the dealer returned my deposit after assigning the case to LIZA to look after.. Then, I went and Booked Hyundai. After that I got call from Liza telling me that car has arrived and wanted me to reconsider to buy Honda City AT.. I was willing to forgo my deposit and wanted to get City AT. I gave them cheques for the full amount to LIZA. She came at 7:00 PM and returned my cheques. She expressed her inability to maintain her commitment because of the bad attitude of the management. They wanted to sell the car booked on behalf of me to other buyer.. Poor LIZA, public Relations manager resigned her job the next day and send me SMS that she was sorry for wasting my time. Liza, bless her sole, is the only honest person in the dealership lost her job because she was truthfully supporting a custom.
Caculo Honda employees are inefficient, deceitful and bag of lairs. The only good employee with principles, Liza, Customer Relations Manager, trying to help me lost her job.
I do not find fault with Honda and and my husband an honest customers to Honda for more than twenty five years in USA. (Jack Allen Honda, Lawrence, Kansas. The local Calico Honda management are totally useless and deceitful. i ENDED UP BUYING HYUNDAI WHERE I GOT EXCELLENT CUSTOMER CARE. I feel sorry for Liza trying to show honesty to customer and lost her job as she did not cooperate with management to cheat a customer. There is no efficient customer care in Honda and Honda corporation has no control over Dealers. NEVER, NEVER AND NEVER BUY NAY CAR FROM CACULO HONDA IN GOA. THEY BOOK CAR FOR YOU AND SELL IT SOME ONE AFTER KEEPING YOUR DEPOSIT FOR MORE THAN SIX WEEKS.

We have purchased a car City 1.5 SMT from your dealer Planet Honda,Karan Ashok Auto (P) Ltd.,Bareilly Road, Haldwani (Uttarakhand) on 19th October 2011 vide Invoice No. 0000/48/2011/12. We wish to inform you that we planned to purchase Vento car and Demand Draft was made to purchase the same and on the way I visited your Honda Showroom Honda Planet and G.M.Sales convinced me to purchase the Honda City-1.5 SMT assuring low cost of maintenance and quality product immediately. I changed my decision and in the trust of brand name Honda I have purchased the City -1.5 SMT.
In first service problem was observed in horn and got replaced during 2nd or third service.. shockers were leaked and got replaced after approx. 14000 K.M. I have observed a sound from front wheels when break were applied. I visited to Planet Honda service station and in first impression they inform me your break shoes need to be replaced and after 30 minutes they told me that drum have got damaged and need to replaced and after 30 minutes finally informed me that nothing required to change we have corrected the problem. I have taken the delivery and I was on the way after 10 k.m. again the same problem I have observed and I called service station and they asked me to send the vehicle next day again .
Next day again I visited service station and they inform me that RT hub assly is unavailable and need to be replaced and component is not in stock and come again after 10 days and that will be chargeable. After 15 days again I visited to service station and they replaced the RT hub Assly and when we have gone for test drive the same sound was there. I asked to service manager and he was not able to give a satisfactory answer I asked that when sound is coming again after replacing the RT Hub Assly it means Hub assly is not faulty..problem is some where else and kindly take out hub assly which you have replaced but they refused to change the component saying not possible. After 1 hour what they did I don’t know.. they informed me that your car is ready and your problem is solved. After two weeks again I have observed same problem and I called Service Manager he told me to send the car again. I have sent the vehicle on 7th Oct.2012 for service and for the sound problem. Now they informed me saying front tires of your vehicles are faulty and got swell on and need to replaced meanwhile we have inter changed the tyre with rear tires and your problem have been solved. On 8th October 2012 again I am facing same problem.
I am residing in Rudrapur and service station is around 50 k.M. from my place.. how many times I have visited service station and you can imagine how much time and money I have spent and still my problem is not solved. I never expected such kind of quality from Honda and now in future I will not buy Honda Product.
This is a request to know about the new honda civic model that is to be launched in india..many people are waiting eagerly for the wonderful car…please announce it soon
I decided to purchase a Brio and after all the sweet talks by the agent finally booked the ultimate titanium. I paid the reservation money. The car came after 8 days and I was told to pay the money. I told them to give me couple of days as initially they told me it would take 20 days. When I went to pay after 4 days of the car came the agent told me that the car is given to some one else because that someone came and paid full money.
This is very poor business ethics from Honda. I find this unacceptable that when my reservation money was taken the car was given to some one else without notifying me. Now Honda GOA CACULO tells me that the only choice I have is silver color and they have also stopped production of Brio.

I bought a Honda Brio SMT on 27 june 2012 from Prestige Honda Lally Motors , Jalandhar, under defense scheme, in which i was given insurance by the company . My car met with accident on 03 nov 2012.when i approached dealer for claim, they informed that my insurance was a normal insurance due to which i have to pay Rs 50000 for my car damage, they also told me that had it been the premium insurance I would have paid Rs 1000 and rest of the amount would have been claimed. when i asked them that why my car is not Insured under Premium Policy and i have not been informed about the other cash less premium policy ,they told that there scheme provides normal insurance only. when i inquired that why i was not informed about this policy at the time of car purchase so that i can upgrade the policy the manager replied “i have no answer for this question “. I confirmed the same with the sales counselor who replied that she didn’t knew that i was not briefed about the other policy and it is a mistake on there part . As such i am rightful to be informed about the policies at the time I bought the vehicle, but now the Agency people want me to pay Rs 50000 which is their fault of not briefing me regarding the Insurance policies.
I got my Honda City car serviced by KISHIV MOTORS (P) Ltd, 9Km stone Vill Khuddi, Ambala Jagadhari road, ambala Cantt.
First of all this management has Ford Dealership and in my opinion they don’t know HONDA standards and Culture. In bill labour has been charged for approx Rs.1629.00 (1123.60+505.62) . They dint even tell me about this labour work when car was given for service. When I personally visited yesterday they are not able to tell me what the labour is. The reply was “the concerned boy who attended your vehicle is on training”. In fact only one tail light was changed. The person who attended the car has made a huge dent to match the taper of side panel with the light. Please dont give DEALERSHIP to those who dont understand the HONDA Standards. We are happy to go to Karnal dealership as we are going there for the last two years.
I have a Honda Jazz GA03P 0279 at Goa. Met with a accident on 4th Jan 2013, same day was sent to Coastal Honda authorised service . Till date the work has not yer started. I do not know when they will repair my car and give back to me. Its almost a month now. i have a family marriage on 15th feb , I desperately need my car. Do look into the matter.

I am writing this mail to express my high dissatisfaction with Dakshin Honda during purchase of Honda Brio. I have booked the vehicle on 9th Jan 2013 by paying 30k amount to the dealer for SMT model which was told to be available by last week of January month.
On 12th I again went to the showroom for submitting my car loan and other papers required for the registration. I was told at that time the online submission for my vehicle is done and there won’t be any problem in getting the vehicle. Post booking there was no communication made by dealership. It was just out of my curiosity when I called by the sales guy Vaseem to check the status on 16th Jan. I was shocked to know at that point the SMT model is unavailable and I need to pay some ~ 20k more for the other model SMT-EA.
Since I needed some time to get back to him, I thought of checking the model with other dealers in Bangalore, where there were some options with different colors. On next day also I again called them up for cancelling the vehicle as I came to know about the additional 5k discount for which I am eligible as a part of corporate discount. They have told to send a guy to my office to discuss more about it but no one came till date.
Further sales person switched his mobile off and after ringing the landline phone I again got hold of the same guy where he assured that his manager will clear the things. Still no call received.
Complaints are:
• Sales person and even his manager have done booking and made commitment for unavailable model.
• False assurance for order confirmation and expected delivery date
• No communication whatsoever to inform about discontinued vehicle and car loan.
• Upon calling multiple times no response, disrespect for the customer several times.
• Wrong info provided for corporate discount details
• Cheated even on booking amount (should be 21k, we were asked to pay 30k)
• Even manager attitude irresponsible towards customer satisfaction.
• For a discontinued vehicle where even order should not be taken, I was asked for cancellation fee for booking (5k instead of 10%)
Request you to please seriously consider my case and do the needful ASAP.

This is to reference of Honda Amaze booking at Nagpur with Authorized Dealership, M/s Rushabh Honda. I booked the vehicle on 12th of April, 2013 by paying 50000/-. I was told that I will be getting the vehicle on either last week of May or first week of June.
Today I received call from dealership after constant follow-up that my vehicle will be dispatched from manufacturing unit on 11th of June. I was also told that the price of the vehicle has increased by 22960/- on Amaze SMT (Diesel) Ex-Showroom.
I want to raise my concern that at the time of booking the price of the vehicle was less. Being a consumer/customer I am liable to have the price protection on any increase as the same was booked on the very next day of its launch. If the company is unable to deliver the vehicle on the committed date and later they charge more on Ex-showroom price then why the appreciated price has to born by the customer. The matter is very grave and I will be raising the issue at all the fronts whether it be online media of on different forum including consumer forum.
Kindly address the issue at the earliest.

1st incident- on 4th Jun I was going to Patna Railway station with My family. All of a sudden, My Honda amaze car goes very slow in traffic. My car unable to take pick up& started vibrating. With the help of other people, somehow I manage to park aside my car. I saw MAL FUNCTION LAMP was on .At 9.30 PM and I spoke to Vaishali Honda-Patna tele-caller. She has given technician mobile number. He has advised to keep the car closed for 30 Minutes & than slowly & slowly drive back to home. Kilometres covered at that time-1340.
On 5th of June, I have lodged a complaint to Vaishali Honda & customer care also. I have taken my Car to Workshop. Technician has checked the tractor & after 2 hours. He said, my car is ok . & also gave a trial for about 6 KM. MAL FUNCTION Lamp was not on.
I was satisfied and taken my car back.
2nd Incident- On 9th Jun problem occurs the same on Patna –AIMS High Way. I was returning from my home back to Patna. I was driving on 70 KMPH speed on high way. All of a sudden car goes slow to 30 KMPH.A truck almost ran over me. I have take my car left very quickly. Kilometre at that time-1435
What is this? I have taken this car to kill myself. Where is customer care manager of Bihar. Is he is sleeping. I have again call to toll free. Not a single call from Honda company. Only dealership is coordinating with me. My car is at dealer workshop. Please advice & response further.
I am also consulting my advocate on legal advice. If any mis-happening will occur with me in Car. Honda will be fully responsible.
I want it in written that my car will not have the same problem in future.

Inform urgently if that can be done at your factory before despatch of car. Kindly intimate cost by return for issuing firm order. I feel it is a necessity for this car and hence this.

Car looking like as a used car, as lots of Dent, Scratches and Gaps between doors and dealer is convincing as these is going to be there in every car, that means no approach towards quality only going behind the numbers.
Ultimately its spoiling the brand image of Honda cars.
i raised complaint to customer care last two days back but still i didnot received any feedback on this.
Finally asked dealer to replace car with new one or give my money back with interest.
