Hero’s Splendor has emerged as the World’s largest selling model in 2000, 2001 and 2002. In 2004, the company sold over 10 million units, making a global record. Hero Honda’s Splendor sells more than one million units each year. Hero’s much sought after Splendor bikes have new “Quantum Core” engine that delivers best fuel efficiency; 125 cc engine; low-vibration engine; and gives max speed of 90 Kmph. Hero MotoCorp has three manufacturing plants – one at Gurgaon, second at Dharuhera, and third at Haridwar.     The worst customer care provided by the AEC motors Thirur Kerala, Their behaviour towards a customer is similar to a LORD to his SLAVES.It is verymuch disgusting, Everybody becomes very disappointed when they reach here for service assistance.The responsible authority must immediatly rectify this otherwise people will hate Hero……

    I purchased vehicle at your showroom on dt 08/05/2011. First 4 services is good,But after 5th & 6th Service on April 12& May 2012 problem began. Mileage is 40+ ,When i checked the mileage at your service center, then I started getting 45+. But it is not correct, Splendor Plus is supposed to give 60 at Hyderabad and out side 70+.

    I bought a Hero Motor Crop Glamour through your authorised dealer Venad motors Kollam,Kerala. After sale the dealer provided very bad service. On May-2012 my vehicle met with one accident and I gave it to the service center. Sadly they deliver the vehicle without completing repair.

    I recently purchased hero honda passion pro on 30-04-2012. After one month (date 03-06-12) i took my bike to servicing center where i bought my bike. Before taking my bike to service, they checked my bike fully for any problems and engineer also did the trial. After servicing they gave back my bike with VISOR brake and fixed with gum. They charged the extra price of service also.

    My uncle has booked KARIZMA R Black color at Super agencies Jabalpur (M.P) on 2nd june, till date he has not delivered his bike. Earlier the agency had told that there is no availability in black colour..but now after many days, still no response.

    I gave my new cbz xtream bike in which i met with a small accident for service at Hero Auto support, Gurgaon. I inquired about the service they are still saying the spares have not yet come and they are also saying it may take much more time.
    am really fed up.. see usually people use to say no spares for the old models.. but here they are saying no for the latest model.. please solve my issues.. because i left my bike for service am facing lot of inconveniences on traveling.

    HELLO, I AM HAVING HERO HONDA SPLENDOR + BOUGHT ON 18-05-2011. FROM D.V AUTOMOBILES HOSHIARPUR. I HAVE PROBLEM IN MY BIKE FROM THE VERY FIRST MONTH OF BUYING. I HAVE DONE SERVICES TIME TO TIME. BUT EVEN THOUGH PROBLEM IS NOT RESOLVED. I WAS ASSURED EACH & EVERY TIME BY MR. SUNIL BHEL SUPERVISOR OF THE WORKSHOP THAT BIKE IS O.K. BUT THE MAIN PROBLEM IS STILL NOT RESOLVED. BIKE COVERS ONLY 5200 KMS DISTANCE IN 1 YEAR. THERE IS PROBLEM OF OIL IN SPARK PLUG WHICH REDUCES EFFICIENCY OF MILAGE AND OCCURS LOT OF PROBLEM. KINDLY HELP ME NEED YOUR SUPPORT.

    I have purchased pleasure. After 2500 km there was an engine problem. I gave for servicing and they told me it is manufacturing defect in engine and spares should come from Delhi. It has been weeks and my vehicle is lying there unattended. Very poor service.

    I have purchased a C B Z xtreme bike DL3S CB 7782 on 12th Feb 2012 from ARC Moter okhla new delhi but after 1st servicing we are facing problem with bike and very upset regarding the issues please see the below issue and request to kindly short out the problem ASAP
    Note:- I have done the first service from sangam vihar service centre same day leakage has been start now i been show the problem to hero engineer 5 times but problem is same if we are getting any problem with engine then you will be responsible because every day 100 gram oil going out this is for your information because nobody is trained in sangam vihar service center and there manager are also not treating good with customer please see the problem and do the needful.
    i) Oil leakage from gear shifting area very flow.

    I gave my new cbz xtream bike in which i met with a small accident for service at vishnu motor plaza,sub service station, porur, Chennai.14 days back . I inquired about the service they are still saying the spares have not yet come and they are also saying it may take more than 2 months because its year end..

    I’m not satisfied with the Hero Sevice Centre, Apex Automobile Pvt Ltd, Patparganj Industrial Area, New Delhi 110092. They ignore the service order and customer complaint. I visited the Apex Service Centre on March 25, 2012, and requested them to check non-responding fuel meter. They only replaced the fuel meter, but the problem persists. My invoice no. is 21755-02-RINV-0312-8102. Please ask the Apex service centre to return the money and ask them to pay attention to the customer’s complaint . Regards.

    I own spendor plus.
    Before the first servicing, my bike used to give 60kmpl.
    After first servicing (Shiri Automobiles, Hyderabad) it gave 45kmpl. When I approached the servicing center people they told me upto 3rd service, it will be like this. The new problem introduced after 1st serving is that there is some sound coming when i constantly drive 50kmph. Again i gave my bike for second servicing and this time i got too shocked after seeing the mileage of my bike. It was giving just 35kmph. There were also some weird noises. Not a really good experience.

    Dear Sir,

    I have purchased the above mentioned vehicle from your showroom on 15-04-2010 from Nagpur. The vehicle has run approx 2000km and as per servicing requirement, I have been doing the servicing regularly as per the recommended service norms. However the bike has started giving starting problem. i went to the showroom they told it will be fine. they changed the rockers kem shaft under warranty but the problem has not been sorted out. they took the whole year 2010, but the problem remains there only. after sometime they told me that the problem is there in the tank. i changed the last year but the problem is still there. and i must tell you my bike is there in the showroom for almost seven months but still i am facing the same problem . Last year they told me that the problem is there in the magnet coil, but still that coil is unavailable now.

    I am from Porbandar, Gujarat. I bought a CBZ Extreme on Jan 14, 2012. A problem has emerged even before my first servie. There is so much sound from the engine. Even the oil leaks. The seriving has not helped. Does not seem like value for money.

    I purchased a hero Honda’s splendor passion (TN07 BP 7927) from Nandhanam, Chennai in December 2011. Right now facing problem with the engine. The service center has not identified the problem. The dealer is also responding rudely.

    Hi all,
    I have booked for hunk on 28th Dec 2012. I was told it will take more than one month to get the vehicle,. I have paid 20,000 advance. I got a call from the seller on Jan end, and they are asked the rest of the amount, but they did not tell about the delivery. Next week I went there, I thought vehicle is ready to deliver and I just need to pay and get it. But when I went there they told me they sold it to someone else. I was asked to wait 10 more days, and told me to pay the amount that time. I had 20 000 by cash and rest of the amount by credit card. Then they said, their card swiping machine is under repair cant accept card. I wena again next week (feb 21) and payed 76,100. But still I did not get vehicle. They wont attend the pone calls, when I visit their shop is closed. Later I called customer care, they told that normally for hunk in chennai, it can be delivered with in two three days, but I am still waiting for that from december 28th onwards. I want a very urgent solution for this. I will buy it from any other dealer. Please update as soon as possible.

    delivered since i’ve ordered for the PURPLE colour of high demand. I

    I purchased New Hero Honda HUNK 04th MAY 2011 in Ashok Auto Agencies at salem.(TN). I am facing three types of problem in my vehicle.
    i) Oil leak in gear shifting area.
    ii) Front wheel air leak problem.
    iii) Many screws are rust-forming.

    I WANT IMMEDIATE SOLUTION FOR THE ABOVE PROBLEMS AND GIVE THE PERMENENT ALSO.

    I have purchased one Hero Honda Glamour PGM FI on 24.11.2011. The vehicle has clocked 3112 km. The vehicle was serviced by Hero authorised service at Trivandrum. The service people and service are good. Now I am facing one problem in the vehicle..frequently there is a “tik tik tik” noise from engine while idle speed of engine and it is irritating. Valve clearance adjusted on 2550 km for the above mentioned complaint. But the complaint is existing. I need a permanent solution for the complaint.

    I had booked a impulse bike green colour in your hero motocorp showroom, Coimbatore. Receipt no is 128070.
    They told us that were will receive the bike within 1 month. We have visited your showroom 20 times.
    There is no proper reply from your sales department. They have also taken token advance from us.
    I need it very urgently and from past 2 months we are waiting and now we are unable to wait.I request
    you to do the needful and fullfill my wish as soon as possible .
