I had purchased haier ashing machine model HDS1260TVEME on 19-03-2008,the machine developed some problem on 11-02-2012 and I had lodged a complaint on 12-02-2012.Your engineer attended the call and informed me that the PCB is not working.Further I was informed that there is no PCB replacement available.The service centre agreed to replace the machine as per the company policy.After a lapse of more than 15 days the problem is still unsettled.Hence i am very much upset and had decided to take up the matter legally.

Haier service is the most pathetic service possible & service staff most rude. I have purchased a double door fridge in Pune 1.5yrs back. It has developed problems in the last two months & the lower fridge section is non functional. After 2 visits by the service engineer, the problem still is not solved & the service in charge Mr.Rajesh Helkar was most rude on the phone. My staff was told ” you people are used to drinking the water from the freezer , that’s why the cooling in the lower section seems less. There is nothing wrong with your fridge please continue using it.” Pathetic service staff. No option but to go to the consumer courts…..
I bought my AC in April 2006 – Window 18 VX, recently shifted to my own house in Ghaziabad.
I am highly dissatisfied with the kind of service I have received in last 10 days.
The only issue with my AC was noise from the FAN which ends up with short-circuit of the compressor.
There was some noise from the fan for which I register a complaint which can easily be fixed with just inserting a wood stick near the Fan motor.
On 26 May at 9:30 PM 2 people came to my residence, didn’t do anything and advised me that, this is because of the faulty installation I am getting the noise.
He advised me someone from the service station will come to my house ASAP to install it properly.
Till 01 June no one from the service station came to my house where as so many times I have followed up calling at the service station but didn’t get a positive response.
On 01 June I called the customer care office again and asked for a solution. Here I came to know that the previous ticket is close with a note – Engineer visited my house at 12 noon and found no electricity hence ticket closed. (I am staring in Ashiana Palm court, a premium housing society which has 24/7 power back-up and equipped with CC TV). So I register a fresh complaint (GHA126010109). No one turn up till 02 June, but got a call that someone will come but the issue can only be resolved if a carpenter re-install the AC. I called a carpenter and did the same but no result. Here the carpenter discover the issue which was with the fan motor. It was tilted a bit down so he put a small wood piece to keep it in proper place. Issue resolved here. I paid Rs 850 to the carpenter just for nothing as there was no issue with the installation earlier. It was just a FAN vibration sound which was fixed after inserting a wood stick at the appropriate place.
On 3rd June 2 mechanic from Haier service station came to my house just to give me more trouble, they are Imran and Javed – PH – 9250074485
After everything was sorted these 2 boys came to my flat, just opened the AC saying they will do a permanent fix and opened the lid of the compressor to replace it thinking this might be one of the reasons for the vibration.
The whole issue started from here as they replaced the lid and started the AC without realizing that the wire was placed very close to each other and may cause short-circuit due to heat. This is what happened after 3-4 Hrs and since then my AC is not working till today. I am staying at a premium housing society which has 24/7 power back-up and equipped with CC TV. The reason I have to write this is I have proof of when the mechanic came to my house as they have signed at the gate and I have CC tv footage of them so they should not lie.
I logged another ticket that my AC is not working – Permanently damaged. Someone called me this morning and said they can’t do anything till I won’t pay for a new compressor.
Purchased a Haier model in April this year. Just weeks after my LED is having problem. No one from the service center is also assisting in getting this problem sorted out. Did I do a mistake purchasing Haier product?
I purchased a new infrared heater less than a year ago and misplaced the remote control. I contacted Haier to order a replacement and was advised a replacement was not available. What kind of company does this to it’s customers? They must have developed a way to exist on single orders. BUYERS BEWARE
