I’ve been expecting an important package since Friday 9/29/22. I got a FedEx sticker on my door saying they missed me and could not leave my package because they need my signature. I called the number and spoke to two different customer reps, on two different days. I told them I work and I’m not home until after 5 pm. Both gentlemen told me not to worry, that they would pass my message along to the delivery guy. It is now WED 10/4/22. Long story short, last message on my door by FedEx said they missed me again and for me to come in person to the FedEx location in Howard LN Austin to get my package or they will send it back to where it came from. I’m here because I know how to follow instructions but my package is not here. I’m told to wait until the FedEx truck gets back, some time around 8 pm. Meanwhile, I’ve been up since 4am helping to save lives. This company does not care about my valuable time or yours. Very disappointed.
I agree fedex drops the ball when it comes to shipping. I had a 320lb crate that was to be delivered by appointment. It ever showed up, never received a call. When I got ahold of someone they said they had started an investigation, supposedly that Thursday evening. Come to find out the investigation didn’t get started until the next Monday when I kept calling. I was told it could take up to 20 days to find my lost crate. I had to keep calling to get them to even look for the lost crate. To finally be told it was in New York, then Oh wait its in New Jersey. Finally shows back up on the supposed tracking system in Pennsylvania. It took over 35 hours for it to move 30 miles. It is now sitting in Kansas City, MO and has been since Friday. I call the local fedex freight location and get told I am rude and hateful because I want to know when my crate will be delivered. Then told don’t call back, we will call you when we are ready to deliver and give you 30 minutes notice. But wait, every time they ask for my phone number, they have the wrong number. And I am suppose to trust they will even deliver the crate when it finally gets here.
I have been sent emails and demanded fees for this and that on several occasions by FedEx Courier Service at New Delhi by Mr. Kelvin Green(Senior Delivery Officer)and Mrs. Amanda Philip for my parcel to be delivered to my address in Uganda. This has been going on for the last four months and I have paid over $1500 and up to today. I have not received my parcel. I want to know what is happening to my parcel and I want these two people investigated.
Fedex must check the character of the delivery boys. Many of them are very rude and do not behave well. Please improvise your services, especially in Asia. I tried reaching the management over phone, but it was in vain. I hope somebody is reading this. I am a loyal customer of Fedex.
