I would like to thank the team on board our flight from Manchester to Belfast-City on Monday December 17th’ when of my travelling companions suddenly took very ill, as we were about to take off. They completely took charge of the situation, requesting if a doctors or nurses on board. Two passengers did attend, then the airport paramedics took over. Eventually an ambulance arrived and we were helped from the plane and transported to Wythenshaw Hospital. I cannot thank all the staff enough for the care they showed to my friends that stayed on the flight to Belfast. I also received a call from the customer support, which I really appreciated. My friend is now at home recovering. Also a big thank you to Easy jet, who transferred our tickets to a later flight that evening

I was on an overbooked flight, which meant that when it came to boarding the plane, there was no seat for me, that is no physical seat. So my suitcase was taken off & suffered damage & had to be replaced. Entitled to IATA regulated overbooking allowances, a cheque was emitted but never honoured, causing endless administrative problems. It is not the first easyJet problem, but of course low-cost is low-cost: this is the way in which it operates.
I have cancelled my ticket wich I paid for the amount of 109.00 Euros and they have cancelled my ticket and refunded me 18.00 Euros. I would like to make a complaint and have a full refund of my ticket.
Your website offers no phone number by which I can reach you. I am an American traveling abroad for the first time and require guidance concerning your procedures from something beyond your online resources. The only number your website references yields a canned announcement in French, but not live person. I find your airline most deficient in this respect. I will think three times before booking with you again. You suck.
