About 10 years ago, I remember transferring 250,000 miles from my American Express account to Delta during some type of promotion that was being 0fferred at that time.
I am now retired and have lost contact with Delta and forgot my frequent flyer number.
Having recently recovered from a longtime illness, I would like to fly using any accumulated SkyMiles and would greatly appreciate your assistence in researching my account.
Thank you,
Richard L.Vega
Richard, your details, miles accrued etc will be there in the Delta database..all you need to do is call the customer care and provide your name and details..

I was looking forward to flying to NY for a while and like any other person I shopped for a while to find the better deal on tickets and schedule. BAD idea! It’s certain when they say: “You get what you pay for” First for personal reasons the person who was traveling with me couldn’t make it. When I called I learned that not only you loose the amount paid for the ticket but, you also get a $200 penalty when buying a ticket for the same person. TOTALLY unacceptable! Other companies charge you a fee however you always get a partial refund which you could use within a year. When getting to the airport at 5:30am to make it on time; You are received by the rudest employees ever, starting with the ones you register your suitcase, ending with the fly attendants not only here in FL but in NY it was awful there attitude was nasty and not professional what so ever. Then the changing gates at the last moment in NY even the flying attendants were annoyed and complaining. Last but not least while undoing my suitcase I realize someone stole some of my belongings. I suffer of back pains and where I travel I take with me my Pulse Massage Sensors (Nothing else that a little pad that gives massage). I mean how cheap and low can this be! So if we are going to talk about DELTA. We could say: Service: Stinks, Prices: NOT a good deal at all. CUSTOMER SERVICE: Does NOT exist. I will make sure I spread the word and will NEVER use this service again. I rather pay more and receive the service I deserve.
I am writing to someone on the Delta Corporate office. I have been on the phone to Expedia and delta for the past week to no avail. We bought 4 tickets a year ago and were unable to use them. Having paid almost 2300.00 dollars for them, i would appreciate.a two month extension on time to use them. My husband had surgery on the 23rd of October and I was unable to contact anyone until now. Please extend the elapsed timeline of expiration for the four tickets so that we can still use them in the next several months. Ticket numbers are 0067502575631, 2, 3 ,4.
Sincerely,
Sandi Levak
Last year we booked a flight with you and we get to the airport and find out the plane is one of those small ones that are supposed to be used for short flights. Ours was from Phoenix to Seattle. It was so crowded and small and uncomfortable. I believe it was a regional jet. Terrible terrible flight. Just last weekend my daughter booked a flight to Hawaii and the sane thing happened to her. A very small jet. I can’t believe delta would do this to people..put them on the smallest plane for a five hour flight. And it’s not any cheaper than getting a flight on a decent airline like Hawaiian air. On the way back from Hawaii she found out that they changed her seat to the inside..she had one reserved for the aisle seat. They said too bad, and told her to ask someone to change seats. Big help! She ended up paying $400 and got a flight back to Seattle on Hawaiian. They said they would give get credit toward another flight but she will never fly delta again so that doesn’t help. The nerve of you people to do this. People shouldn’t be put on a plane like this for long flights. I would think it’s illegal. None of us will ever fly delta again. Worst airline ever! I’m sure it’s completely legal and somehow it’s saving delta money because that’s the bottom line. You don’t care at all about your customers..just making the most profit you can. They also gave her one drink of soda the whole flight from Seattle to Hawaii. Totally inappropriate!!!
What is Delta’s policy on adding an extended return date when a ticket has already been purchases? I want to spend a few more days on my trip to Florida.
Rumor is if you have a 2 year old you have to put them in your lap. It was not like this for me. My parents put me in the overhead compartment like Eddie Munster in the dresser drawer. Very strange things in the sky, UFO’s? I don’t think kids on laps experiencing turbulence is a good thing. They might vomit on someone floating around. I’m just going by what the you tube video depicted. I may want to ask that if you have to buy an extra seat for a 2 year old where should they sit. From a quick read in the latest writings seems like passengers are threatened with jail time but I don’t know why. I don’t understand about the skies and how unfriendly they seem to some. Just a question, are the cloud gods mad at passengers. Im not an areospace seat engineer so this is beyond my experience. I do know how to sit quietly until I’m dragged down an isle. Why can’t just we just get along and submit to everything and anything that pops up, just asking.
Hi I need someone to contact please in reservations – we bought our tickets online and the payment went through – now delta are looking for payment again and my bank has frozen my account until they get a fax from Delta saying second request was a mistake – I am in Ireland
I am handicapped and had a bad experience on Delta 1414 to Salt Lake City. When the plane landed I requested assistance @
the gate with my wheelchair. There was one assistant who told us that if we wanted to make our flight on time we would have to get there on our own. Unfortunately my husband has back issues and had trouble getting me up the steep ramp and we missed our connecting flight to St. George and had to wait 2
hours for the next flight. Would appreciate a response!
I need someone to contact me from Corporate Customer Care. The phone number that I was given was 800-455-2720, but everytime I call it it reroutes me to another customer service site that cannot help me. I am looking to be compensated for a past dated flight that I paid more money for, but could not take because of a delayed Delta flight. The two times I did get into the Corporate customer care, it just hung up on me. This is very frustrating as I am trying to take care of this from Australia (where I live). The ticket #0062331231849 on July 17th. The flight from LA to Detroit was delayed and so I missed my flight to Erie, PA. I was then rerouted to Pittsburgh and my son had to travel 3 hours to come get me. The next Erie flight would have been the next day, but it was full already.
I called the customer service a few days later and she told me to go ahead with my full flight and call afterwards.
We are two Spanish nationals who are travelling MAD-MIA-MAD, with our ESTA visas for the U.S.
We tried to buy tickets on line MIA-HAV-MIA, in/from Spain.
(We also have the cumpolsory visas for Cuba.)
When I had my flights, a post was shown on screen where we had to give a reason for travelling to Cuba. None of them would apply to us.
We are Spanish tourists who want to visit the South of the U.S., and also spend a few days in Cuba.
Can we buy the tickets on line? How do we solve filling in the Delta form with a reason for US citizens to visit Cuba when we are Spanish tourists?
I hope you understand my problem.
How can we complete the reservation and purchase the tickets?
How can we visit Cuba from Miami with Delta? DL513 / DL650
Please help me as soon as possible.
Can someone call me regarding my flight from LAX to Atlanta on October 19, 2017. My husband and I flew first class, my husband’s first flight, he was totally afraid of flying but my my daughter was very ill and we had no other choice. The flight was horrible and we were treated very poorly, so you refunded $600 back as “sky Miles”. I did not know that the miles expired until I tried to book a flight and find it that it was a voucher and had expired. I think this is unfair because no-one told me there was an expiration date on this.
Can somebody please call me and explain this to me and maybe make an exception because of the miscommunication. I really need to get to the East Coast and was saving this for an emergency.
To Ms. Carden who was unhappy with riding on a smaller plane. Remember, small aircraft are much safer than the jumbo jets, statistically. If a large aircraft goes down, it’s possible for up to 850 souls (Airbus 380) to lose their lives. In a single engine Piper Cherokee, only four passengers (including pilot) are at risk in case of catastrophy. You are always safer in small planes.
