This is Ankit Singhal from New Delhi (INDIA). I have purchased Canon C6000 and IR adv.8105 from Canon India. Since the time I have bought the machine from the very first day I am facing the problem in IR8105. I have already several mails to canon india but no action has been taken. Just wanted to know that is this the service type that canon is proving to its customers….???
I am really shocked to see the immatured behaviour of the canon officials. I am really very sorry to say this but I cannot see the reflection of a high profile multinational company by its gestures.
I request canon singapore to take a necessary action against this else Canon’s name is getting spoilt due to some of its irresponsible officials.
