    I have purchased one canon printer 2900b laser but few days later it is not working. Then i go to the service center. Service center said it is Teflon problem. Teflon are not warranted. Then i said service center which parts are warranted. Service center has no comments.

    I have this PIXMA MP230 series canon printer, all in one.
    I have a question: do we need to install both the cartridges to start printing?
    Is it possible if i run the printer on just one (black ) cartridge?

    Your Printer Service center at Calicut Kerala – Gloria Business & Services, VyaparaBhavan, Calicut.1 – is worst Printer Service Center..Too much delay…no efficient technicians…100s of printer dumped there without servicing..

    I purchased a Canon Camera having serial no. 21448061003035 SX150 0n June 23, 2012 from Jumbo Electronics Ambience Mall Gurgaon.With that I received a Charger EVIE Nano Charger having model no 1160 which is not working from the first day. I went to that shop but not getting proper response. Could you please help me how should I get the replacement of that charger.

    I bougt a canon EOS 550 D for almost 40,000 Rs few months back. The Camera went out of order, & the service response is poor from Canon. Its been 5 days now since i handed over teh Camera to Canon. I havent heard anything from them.The camera is under warranty, but I am not sure ,when I will hear from Canon.

    I am very disappointed with the Quality level as my camera didnt even last for few months & I hardly clicked few photographs from it.Poor Quality from Canon.

    I have purchased your handycam LEGRIA HFR205 for which I require additional battery pack no. BP 110 and also charger no. CG 110 E. I have searched with lots of CANON dealers & service centers but till date none of your business or service centers have got what I need. Wherever I went the reply is that email has been sent to CANON but the company is not responding with any reply. I am doing this exercise for more than a month now only to face disgusting business attitude of your organization..I have done the search in PUNE and in HYDERABAD and at a couple of outlets in MUMBAI. I am settled in PUNE. I wonder why people should buy your products. I am all praise for NIKON, I have purchased their camera ignoring your product because their battery and charger was readily available in open market. I am all praises for NIKON for their marketing and after sales services. My friends reading this mail should think twice before buying your products

    i have canon HS220 camera, the camera is fine. but the charger they provide is hopeless. within six months the charger is not working. and to get it its quiet expensive. they make money with the charger, the customer has no other option but to get it. we are at loss. the Canon grows

    I had bought EOS 500 D .TWO yrs ago. Though I use less I FOUND IT EXTREMELY GOOD. IT IS EXCELLENT. I also bought Power shot SX 120 – THIS IS ALSO SUPER. During warrant I had damaged the lens – plastic- they replaced ( with cost – as I had damaged )- but it is excellent / both the service & the instrument. Only- a small complaint- I am not a Photo buff- so they should conduct class/ or depute people to explain the features or at least explain how the camera is used- so that we relish – buying the expensive one. Photographers are not open to help. So the company should do this. This is a request.

    We have purchased one camera Model No. EOS 550D, and Invoice No.M/M 2495 from one M/s M.M. Photographic stores, 5,motisil street,Kolkata – 13 on 08/02/2012. The camera has gone dead since the purchase. The Camera was repaired and given to us on 07/03/2012. However after that the said camera was lying with us without any use as we had no function to use the camera. Again around end of April when we took out the camera it was not functional. We again give it for repairing on 07/05/2012.
    This is highly painful and irritating that after buying an expensive camera from a brand we are facing such problems.
    We request you to kindly replace the said defective piece with another piece.

    Please be socio-aware and complaint with the correct people to get your grievances corrected. I had purchased a Canon Printer from a retailer, and due to some faults in the parts, the dealer said that they had to replace the parts with a spare one, which they don’t have. I complained to the Canon Authorized service center in Bangalore, and they took corrective actions immediately.

    I recently purchased canon IXUS 115HS camera. I was not able to set the digital zoom and not able to zoom while shooting the movie. I called customer care more than 5 times, but no promt reply from them. I think canon forget their customer after selling the product.

    for a specific use, we are looking for a high resolution camera, in excess of 30 MP but low value lens, which will have a full frame cover of 3 feet by 2.5 feet area in view finder screen. No zoming allowed. we are interested in 1 to 1 capture at 2.1 meter distance as above.

    I purchased Canon LBP 3300 and within 3 months fuser’s teflon is torn and service engineer says it is due to use of reconditioned cartridge..it is not covered under warranty..as per my knowledge the consumer is allowed the right to choose any consumable they desire for their printer..and allowed to make any repairs to the printer cartridge they deem necessary. This allows for the use of refill kits and compatible cartridges.

    On 29.10.11 i have given my camera to M/s Fotomek for repair, as the same is having some technical defect. Till date my camera has not been repaired. Every time i got the response that the camera shall be repaired with 3-4 days. I have neither got the satisfactory response nor the repaired camera till date. it is not expected from the reknowned make like CANON. Please look into the matter and take adequate action immediately otherwise i have to go for a legal action as per RULES.

    This is a note to kindly inform you that we are getting poor response through Pixel Communication System Private Ltd.. I want to register complaint with Canon about Pixel Communication System Private Ltd..They are not giving Proper support on Our Site Offices. At Jewar Site we have Canon IR 2018 N Plain Paper Copier Machine No – MWG10225 which is in Total Guarantee Agreement but we don’t get any satisfactory response for last 4 years. At our jewar office, we have locked a complaint for this cannon IR 2018 N before 5 days but we don’t get any visit from engineer or any support from Pixel and this is not first time every time we get poor response from Pixel Communication. We requested for tonner recently and instead of sending it here, they sent it to our Noida office.

    We have bought a Canon Multiple use Image Class MF4412 Printer from Shubham Enterprises, Bathinda on 14-10-2011. It is not working from 15-10-2011. We have called up the dealer several time and he has given us the mobile number of Mr. Sahil from Canon. But Mr. Sahil has neither given us any satisfactory reply nor he has resolved our problem till date. We regret to write that if our problem is not resolved with in 2-3 days, we will be compelled to approach the consumer redressal forum.

    I am looking for a Canon service center for my CanoScan flatbed scanner in Noida or Delhi. But the service centers addresses provided by Canon service numbers – 39010101 and 18001803366 do not service any scanners. Some of them do not provide any service at all.
    Why doesn’t Canon customer support have an updated data? It is giving wrong information to customers. I am struggling to get my scanner fixed. I would say Canon has poor service support and poor customer care in India.

I have repeatedly complained to the distributor but no action has yet been taken.So request you to send a service engineer to my shop so that the same can be repaired as early as possible.

    We have bought canon laser printer (Model No-2900b)app. one year back from shri chand computers Pvt Ltd. Distt. centre janakpuri, New Delhi. We are very satisfied with the product which we have bought but recent past it has developed some fault and we contacted service centre and complained about the same. Your service engineer visited and checked and found some part was defective and assured that the defective part would be repaired by 10th oct 2011. Since then we are trying to get in touch with service centre but with no positive response, we have been requesting them for help and to rectify the machine but seems they are in no mode to help us. Now they have even stopped picking our phone.
    Request you to kindly help us and pls make us feel that we have done no wrong in buying canon product.
