    Dear Team,

I am Deepak Chhazlaan and resident of Daxhin puri G Block. Here want to share with you about the services which is provided by BSES. Actually as all of know that temperature is going to around 43 or 44 and we can’t think to leave without electricity in this temp.

Last few day and specially today since 9:pm there is no electricity supply in the area and when I called up at 011-3999707 and 011-3999808 multiple time but unfortunate not get back any reply. This is totally un proportional and not expect at all.

Please request to more proactive your service and suggest the costumer care service to update costumer proactively so that they can plan their activity accordingly.

Will sure raise this concern in consumer care very soon if not gate back any satisfactory answer.

    Regards
    Deepak Chhazlaan
