I am resident of C1A Block Janak Puri. Total failure in attending the local faults. BSES spent crores in changing the meters repeatedly and not upgrading the local distribution network resulting in repeated local faults. BSES provide the ph nos. of senior officials of Janak puri zone as local centers are unresponsive blaiming heavy workload. I have recorded telephonic conversations with them on their helplessness

There is a cut on electricity after every 5 min in the last 48 hrs. It sounds little funny but it’s true after every 5 min. Anyone who resides in Chattarpur Extension will be able to tell you the situation. I don’t understand why there is a cut after every 5 min? If Government doesn’t has capacity to provide electricity at this bloody 47°C temperature then what the hell they are actually doing. I would like to ask leaders and politicians have you ever paid electricity bill from your pocket? Do you all face any difficulty while getting sleep at night? Can you all imagine how would a person would manage to sleep in this poor condition? Do you Know the pain of not getting proper sleep for 6-7 hrs, does your children and families suffer with it.
They always talk hyperbolic, they are gonna introduce smart cities, we are going to have a world class amenities? I would say all these parties to stop bullying these people we need nothing from you people. We don’t care if there is a smart cities or not; all we need our basic needs and necessities. None of the politicians can manage to provide 24 hrs electricity? in the heart of India which is Delhi. How can they promise to have world class facilities in remote areas of this country. It’s beyond my imagination, making fun and creating false promises is not what we want, we need our rights. If a government can not ensure the basic things, is not supposed to be functioning. Whenever?I open TV, hear nonsense, useless promises. We don’t need your diplomacy, we need our rights, that’s all we want and moreover we aren’t asking it free, we are paying for it.

I m a domestic power consumer of BSES power Ltd., at my residence at D-33, East of Kailash, New Delhi -65, My experience is that the discom company i.e. bses rajdhani power ltd., is the most corrupt and dis-honest electric supply in the world. The management of this company adopt all types of wrong and unlawful manner to extort huge sums of money from honest and poor helpless consumers, who have no alternative. The very existance of this company as private electric distributors is most controversal. The have installed especially custom made chinese electric meters who rum minim 25 to 30% faster that the universal standards. There is no mechanasim to get these meters tested or verified about their accuracy. some time back the govt. had ordered that any consumer can get his / her meter tested from 3rd party testing agency. This fraud company fought tooth and nails and got there said fir independent system scrapped. more over this company does no get its accounts or electric energy audited, this indirectly prove that this company is fraud and making most of its monopoly and political connections. The license of this power distribution company should be CANCELLED without any further delay.
