    Sir,
    I have lost my ATM card on 28th Feb 2013 and I had blocked it on the same day. I had re applied an ATM card on 2nd March 2013 in Bongaigaon Branch which is my A/c branch. I have received the pin number of ATM card few days ago by Indian post, but till now I have not received the ATM card. What is the problem pls check and send the ATM card early. I am now in a great problem.

    The wesite is so secure that I the account holder cannot make any online transactions….
    This really does not help customers.
    Nor is there anyway I can contact your cutomer service representative (no 24/7) service.

      The Axis bank is the worst customer care service in the world. No one takes the phone in the office.If they take every one says that this is not my department.Please complaint in your respective department.I must say that the axis bank gives the worst banking service in india. Axis Bank is the worst customer friendly bank in india.

    I had foreclosed my car loan in June/12. I have not received my loan closure receipt and my EMI is still getting cut when i had already closed my loan. Axis bank is calling me continuously and asking me why i am not paying EMI. Very poor service, never open account from Axis bank

      getting an a/c opened in axis bank is the biggest mistake one could ever do in the lifetime.This bank has cheated us by taking out money from my a/c without any information.It is a fraud bank getting involved in these types of scandals every now and then.I am going to take them to the consumer court now(very soon)if my money is not returned to me.

    This is with reference to a/c no.xx running once upon a time in the names of persons as stated hereinbefore.Also,we are the bonafide shareholders of the bank.In this connection we would like to let you know that a sum of rs.750/- was credited to our a/c on 3.10.11 towards reversal charges as gesture of goodwill but on 29.10.11 a sum of rs.532.80 was again debited from our a/c towards consolidated charges at your Balasore Branch(odisha).When contacted the B.M.a satisfactory explanation was not complied rather asked me to close the a/c and we were constrained to close the a/c on 11.5.12.Secondly on 10.5.12 when we requested for updating the passbook we had to wait to wait for more than 1hour to receive our updated passbook causing an irreperable loss to our time and energy.Is such act of harassment to a customer and shareholder,the prime culture of your bank—-please revert with a satisfactory reply.

    I complained about non printing of my passbook vide no 3526277 dt 18//04/2012.No one has bothered to contact me for the redressal inspite of promise of contacting me within 48 hrs. What is the use of this customer care centre. It is useless.

    If a combination of Debit Card and it’s PIN can withdraw any amount of money from an Account, so why not generate a Password for FUND TRANSFER using that Card No. & PIN through ONLINE? Why a customer physically visit at Branch 2 / 3 times for applying that facility ? Which is wastage of time and Paper.

      Kindly use Axis Bank Online Account. Then you can login and transfer the funds whenever you need. So online fund transfer facility is already available. I have been using it for many years and it is good. All banks have been instructed by RBI to complete the fund transfer initiated on working days and working hours within 24hours of the amount received during the working days. We need bit of patience.

    This is to inform you that on 03-05-2012 I wanted to withdraw Rs Rs.3500/- from the ATM at Bronda Chowck Mahasamund, but received Rs.1500/- cash and statement slip copy displays Rs. 3500/- amount. In this regard I would request you to look into the problem. Hope you will do the needful.

    While checking my balance yesterday, Balance was: 35,197.81/-but today morning it shows like balance is: -38459.33/- because of Axis bank executive’s unintelligent work on handling customers account. INR 35,198/- is missing from my Account!!!

    Hello Sir/Madam,
    I had processed for home loan in December 2011 to purchase a flat at Vadodara, Gujarat. I contacted Mr. Mehul from Sayajigunj branch, Vadodara for Home loan. I gave cheque of Rs. 5000/- dtd. 14.12.2011 as process fees. But due to some circumstances & family issues I couldn’t purchase the same & I informed the same to Mr. Mehul on 18.12.2011 time 21:30 . I also asked to return my cheque of Rs. 5000/-. He didn’t gave me back the same. They haven’t issued any file number for home loan. Till today I have not received any SMS & phone call or any legal documents from Axis bank regarding sanction of loan.

    After 4 months Axis bank (Sayajigunj Branch) dropped my cheque without informing me & Rs. 5000/- deducted from my ICICI account on 04.04.2012. I tried many many times to call Mr. Mehul & branch office but nobody is giving proper answers. Nobody is picking up the phone.

    I request you to please go through it & please do needful.

    I want to bring to your kind notice that on 7/04/2012 I tried to withdraw Rs.500.00 from my account no.xx,I visited other banks ATM’S such as UCO BANK and STATE BANK OF INDIA but soory to note that I have’nt received the cash from the ATM’S else I got a slip from UCO BANKS ATM stating UNABLE TO PROCESS TXN NO.1214 ATM ID DA202401 at 20:30 on 7/4/12.The same responce I got from SBI ATM’S also,but for both the transactions the money has been debitd from my account.Total Rs.1000.00 has been debited from my account without giving the cash to me.The question of mine is that when should I get this money back in my account.
    Looking forward for a quick reply from your end.

    I used My debit card to withdraw the amount 1200/ from saving account from ATM at New Adarsh nagar , Durg (chhattisgarh) (twice) on 07/04/2012 evening 8:20pm , I did not get money then I again tried the same thing from ATM (BOB, Patel complex, Durg) I did not get money their also as I came to know that the server is down but at 9.15pm their I got the message in my mobile that the amount of Rs 1200/- has been debited from my balance thrice. I have kept the slip for the above three times made on the above date clearly mentioning that the amount has not been withdrawn due to server down. My account is on Supela branch, Bhilai Chhattisgarh. So it is my kind request to you to send the debited amount (Rs 3600/-) to my account as early as possible.

    I have done 3 transaction from my axis bank atm on 7/04/12 around 8:30pm.1st from Bank Of Baroda,2nd from Corporation Bank and 3rd from State Bank of India and there only one transaction was confirmed i.e. i have got amount from Sbi ATM only and the amount was deducted twice.The transaction was for Rs.500/- each time.

      I withdrew Rs.3000/- from my salary account from CBI, Kapad Bazar,Tilak Rd.Akola ATM on dt.1/3/2012 at 6.00pm. The ATM gave “time out” message and transaction was failed but the amount was debited from my SALARY ACCOUNT. After that I lodged a complaint with the Local Branch of Axis Bank Akola on dt.2/3/2012. I have also spoken with the concerned person of your bank but till date there was no reply and cognizance taken by your bankers. I would like to draw your kind attention that this my Salary Account and I have not received the Rs.3000/- amount after 40 days long period. I hope on receipt of this message you would at least take cognizance and immediately CREDIT the amount to my salary account.

      So in this case to get your money back you have to call phone banking customer and then you need to register a complaint regarding this. Phone banking customer care will help you on this. After 7 working days you will get your money bank in your same account from where it was debited.

    Well the first one says Switched Off and the second is perpetually busy. I am from Calcutta and I am frustrated as I’ve gotten two SMS’ that states two different Outstanding amounts. This is worrysome. How does a customer solve his Car Loan queries with Axis if your Helpline doesnt help.

    1. I had used my credit card for withdrawal of money through ATM Booth but i could not get the money , still i had seen my deduction of 10,000/- rupees from my account.
    The ATM details where the card was used is :- AXIS Bank ATM Vadgaonsheri,Near Datta Mandhir ,PUNE Maharashtra .Saturday 25th of March 2012. at around 11.30 am.

    2.I had denied for Direct Bank ACCOUNT but still the documents , mails on my accounts are troubling me.

    I am SB account holder of Axix bank,gujarat branch. On 13th of thsi march I am in Hyderabad. I tried to draw an amount of Rs. 4000 from HDFC ATM gayatrinagar ATM Mechine near Borabanda. After entering all the details as required,machine took about 5 times and displayed timed out, cannot be processed. Again I entered all the details and with drawn the same amount. A msg has come twice in my mobile stating that Rs.4000 was deducted from my account and the total amount deducted was Rs. 8000, where as in fact i received only Rs. 4000. Plz suugest me how to recover the amount which I was not withdrawn.

    Dear sir after I purchased dress materials in madarsha at chennai on 13.1.12 using my visa card of axis bank there was a problem with the transaction and it was declined. I didn’t give any transaction slip duly signed. However, Ive noticed the amount has been taken from my card. Till date the amount has not been credited to my account. Despite sending the necessary declaration form through my home branch there is no proper response. Please make arrangements and issue necessary directions to your subordinate officer to credit the amount as early as possible to my above said account no.
