I’m very dissapointed in Avon and their representatives. They can’t help you with any query that you have about your Avon Orders. I’m selling Avon now for 6 months and I had problems from scratch. My order are always short and goods will be on the order form but not in the box I received. They put other goods on your order that you didn’t even order and all that money goes on your account. Then you must wait months for them to make it right. I’m getting tired of their nonsense. There is never someone you can talk to because they also put you on hold. Another thing why must you order through another person to get your orders. So I’m waiting now for two weeks for order and don’t get any sms’s no more from Avon. So I’m in the dark don’t know what’s happening with orders. Avon is getting bad by the day so I won’t sell for them in near future no more.
Hello, I just want to say that I am very disappointed with Avon, I have placed an order for campaign 2, my order number is 7002922, it’s been long over a month and I haven’t received the products and all the money have been paid. I’m in Durban, South Africa. When I called the call centre, they told me that my order was sent to Johannesburg, South Africa. I live in Durban. My customers are very upset that they have not received the products and their moneys have been paid. I have missed out on Campaign 3 and 4. Please sought out this problem. I am proud to see Avon celebrating 20 Years of Anew. I am seventy years old, and have used Anew since you first started selling it. When you first introduced Anew, I read about it in a ladies magazine and ordered my first jar, I was sold, and have used it since. Of course now with my age I use the Platium and love it. I feel my skin is so much younger looking for my age and I believe it is due to Anew. Thanks for such a great product. Marie Muse
