Very bad experience. After the purchase of one year the battery of my car gets automatically dry and after calling the customer care they provide me the nearest battery service centre number where they had given third class service with the no service battery after the battery which they have taken for replacement
No customer service available on Sunday. The office security asked me to call after 10:00 AM on Monday morning whereas I wanted the problem to be resolved on Sunday itself so that I can take my car to office on Monday. Very bad experience with these guys. I do not think they have a 24X7 helpline.
I have purchased one amaron battery on 4-11-2013. Its number is AAB0531M208189,38B20L. Purchased from chennai -adyar indira nagar for rs 3500. It has 36 months guarantee. On 4-2-2013 the battery was not working, I called the local dealer, he came and checked the battery and admitted the fault and took the battery and handed over the same to the main branch at nandanam, chennai for replacement.The staffs at the main branch just repaired and refused to replace. How sad. Poor customer service.
The poorest customer service. I lodged my complaint on 7th Jan 2013 and my battery is almost 6~7 months old only and it gets discharged frequently. I approached the customer care and they gave me the complaint number but along with the mobile number of some person which effectively says call can’t be completed . Now Pls tell me what should I do ?
Since last 3 months i have been at the receiving end of Pathetic Service and Gruesome Attitude at Amaron Service Centre – Arihant Distributors Varanasi.
I had bought a battery in July 2009- with 5 years warranty, which I got replaced after paying Rs. 1269/- in Varanasi on 11th October 2012 and waiting for 3 weeks.
Then they had excuses like unavailability of Engineer to sign the papers for replacement, unavailability of that particular type of battery and like wise.
Then after pleading for days and hours, they made me sit in their office for two hours on a particular day and finally said that I can get a new battery only if I pay 1200/-.
Once i said that I am willing to, they gave me a replacement within hours. They also gave me a bill for that and hence I was ok with it.
But just to get a replacement – I had to wait for 3 weeks.
Well, some how I never bothered about it after that.
After that, Starting from day 1, I was facing problems with the new battery as the battery was unable to bear the load of Self Start. On complaining to Arihant Distributors,
they said to check it for 10 more days and then they will replace it.
They kept on telling the same thing after every two weeks
After managing some how for 2 months, I handed over the battery on 28th Dec.
Now again they have been giving the same excuses, unavailability of Engineer to sign the papers for replacement, unavailability of that particular type of battery and like wise.
Now when all my papers are complete(signed by that always absent Engineer), they are asking me to wait for another 5-6 days as that particular type of battery is again unavailable.
Kindly take some action against these good for nothing service centre staff, as Amaron itself is going to suffer for the same.
And kindly make sure that I get my battery as early as possible.

There is no response from Amaron after sales staff despite my continuous complaints in last 1 month. It is just hopeless and this way Amaron will loose customers. My battery is 9CB, bearing number BACO217L102713. I purchased it on 22 sept, 2011 from JUNEJA AUTOMOBILE in Delhi.
The poorest customer service. Once you call them they start giving you mobile no. of more people. They don’t have time even listen to you. They are not providing you standby battery for your car and once they get away your battery for service, not giving yourbattery on time. When u call them they just say ‘we are coming sir’ and can sleep for that day.
In short, they cannot complete their commitment on time.

I am unable to find the dealer & service centre phone no. on your website. The no, posted as 0674-2588589 does not exist at all moreover the toll free no. 1800 4256 868 is not reachable. Pls update the information and also provide the telephone no of the mobile service centre if any for each city, that will be helpful to your customers.
I have seen your battery add in which you focus for long life of Amaron batteries.
But this was 100% right. As i have purchase new Santro Car on Aug 2005 Bearing Engine
No:G4HG5M61713. Battery Sr No:349445 AGIA ,During these 6 years and 7 months i don’t think that
this Amaron battery given any trouble to me. I am very satisfied with the performance of amaron
battery. And last week i change my car battery with new amaron battery i wish that this battery
also gives me long life with no trouble. Thankyou for making such trouble free batteries from now
onwards i will always use Amaron Batteries for all my requirements.
I stay in Pune city. I have been using your battery ( FI 120 MF) AMARON FRESH for the invertor at home for the last 6 years and have had real no touble in the 6year of use. Now I want to repalce the same with a one from your products.
