    I shared talktime with my friend but he didn’t receive the balance yet when I complained about it they gave me up east number I tried to call many times but it was not valid number. I do not know what to do about it

    I have had one of the most horrendous experiences. For the past two months my Airtel bill has shot up to 1100 rupees. I have made very few STD/ISD calls. Have stayed put in one place.
    These days when you get unimited calls for 399 for almost 3 months I feel cheated. Last month, they on my complaint reduced the bill by 500. To settle things I paid the rest of the amount. I again get a similar bill this month. Called the customer care. One person asked me to contact 121 another 198. Called both of them but without any success.It seems that the glorious days of the Airtel are over and they are only going to go downhill henceforth. I am deciding to port out.

    I have made portability from BSNL to Airtel, after that my number i.e. 8004776750 is not taking the call from BSNL, when a person from BSNL dial my number it says check the dial number it is not exist. Please rectify my problem, I will grateful to you.

    My Airtel number out going call is blocked
    Incoming calls are received but out going call I can not do
    I call in customer care 121 and 198
    No giving any good feedback
    Any one suggestion for this problem

    The company does not care about customer care. My problem persists for the last 15 days. My complaint number is PR052200176 dated 22.05.2014.

    121& 198 customer care not responding properly. my call also bocked on customer care. Have been using my airtel number from last 10 years. I think now time has come to use MNP.

    Sir I have been youur customer since last 4 years but on 22 of june 2011 I got badly disappointed from the services of airtel customer care
    soon i ll b terminating my connection
    As i have asked to one of the customer care associate to set a caller tune on my cell but she set some other tune.I called on the same tollfree number but they said let me transfer your call to one of our authorities I was on hold for half an hour after that the call got disconnected automatically
    After some moment I tried again the toll free number 198 but i found that i have been blocked by the customer service associate
