    I was holding Airtel prepaid card no. 9892863636 since last 8 yrs.

    On 18th Feb 2018, I realised that my number has suddenly been disconnected. Same day I called your toll free no. and I got to know from your representative that the service was stopped as the card was not active from last 3 months. Which was not at all true. As I was using this number on regular basis. However inspite of me telling the truth to the representative he was not able to help me and asked me to visit nearest Airtel gallery.

    On 19th Feb, I visited the kalyan Airtel gallery in the morning. The representatives in the gallery took my complaint and told that the connection might have stopped as the same was not linked with Aadhar. This was simply not acceptable. As per Govt. We are been asked to do so on or before 31st March 2018. However I submitted the documents and left. Before leaving I was been assured that my number will get restart in 4 hrs. However it did not start till evening.

    So again in the evening I visited the gallery, at this time the representative told me that he was not in position to help me and I should reach the help line number for assistance.

    This was the height of unprofessionalism and utter careless attitude towards the customer. The team was just dogging the customer from one pole to another with giving any concrete solution.

    I need to understand why my Active number was disconnected without informing me. And why are your help line representatives and customer care people not able to help me. What is the use of such services if they are not actually helping us.

    I want you to start my number by tomorrow or else I will Lodge a complaint against Airtel at TRAI.

    We have submitted the documents of 10 people to porting CUG plan, 2 months has passed still not pot in Airtel. Even no proper response from the Airtel team.

Tried everything incl visiting Airtel store, lodging complaint several times to customer care, Airtel Store etc. incomming calls and SMS.     I got a recharge of Rs. 197 done on my prepaid airtel no. on Friday. It gives me unlimited calls and 2GB 3G data for 28 days.
    In spite of the recharge services did not begin. An amount was deducted from my main balance for internet usage. We contacted the customer care and received a refund. The unlimited call facility also began.
    We were told that a technical error from your end was responsible for delay in activation of internet services and that it will be activated within 6 hours.

    Today, its Wednesday and still the internet is not activated. Now even if the internet facility is activated, I have already lost 5 days without service out of my pack of 28 days. What solution and justification do you offer?

    My online recharge of 350/- done 2 days ago does not reflect. Received SMS about recharge bot no balance transfer in cell.
    No agent is available on any Customer care numbers – after spending many hours trying to get hold of someone- there is No assistance. Recharge shops cannot help!

    A fraud scheme is being perpetrated with connivance between Amazon and Airtel to lure the customers into paying amounts above 300? through a game message which is sent to Airtel mobiles . Today I have been charged a second time despite declining the offer . I have already paid an amount of over 600? once earlier . I strongly object to this method of cheating money out of me . Kindly do the needful to revert the charge in my bill otherwise I may be compelled to take legal action .

    Hi, I have been trying to change my sim circle from Bangalore to Mumbai circle. I have submitted all the documents on 3rd march 2016, but still till date the portability is not happened. Now its been almost one week that I cannot make outgoing and incoming calls. I have not got any response from the customer executive. Can you please look into it ASAP.

    The most hopeless customer care that is there in the Indian market. First of all the service provider allows for a port out of Airtel to another service provider. Then they wake up after two months after the port out there was a bill outstanding. Without sending a valid bill they start demanding money. Then they threaten the customer with dire consequences.

    They are goons who are kept for extortion by the company.
    Also their numbers when you call are never operational, but they call and abuse, on lady by the name of Tanushree called from the 7710029091 claiming to call from Mumbai Airtel and started abusing and being rude on call. When I kept the phone she called back 3 times. She thinks probably that she is related to underworld and was talking like that.

    21st/May /2013 Deduct Yoga Pack Charge –1.00 Rs
    Pls Credit my Balance and don’t repeat this mistakes again.

    My have a prepaid airtel Karnataka sim. Sadly from 3 days I am unable to use it as soon as I arrived in chennai, and just shows emergency services only.I will be in chennai for few days.I am desperate as my brother is in ICU. My papers are in Bangalore. Can anything be done about this. Kindly help.I have tried to change my mobile device but of no use.

    I am from Delhi, I came down to Mumbai, did my online recharge from airtel portal itself for 50 bucks. There was some error message n transaction didn’t went well, but still my 80 bucks was deducted. God knows for what. When I spoke to the Mumbai CC guy he gave me a no. 9910199101 for Delhi CC which never gets connected and it is chargeble that’s the funniest part with the so called “Airtel” – they are bloody corporate dacoits.

    Airtel activates packages on your mobile phone without permission and charge money for it, I have faced such problem multiple times. Recently I got an sms pack for 88 rs activated in the month of january for one month only as I needed it for some time. They automatically continued to renew it and I have noticed it today only when I saw a recent message regarding this. Also if you disconnect the offer calls or just watch some sms and do not give any input still sometimes they activated un-required services and packages and you get charged, customer care is not friendly and do not entertain such complains.

    I had recharged 205 last month (Dec 2012) via net……and it showed balance of around 115 rs last Friday (25Jan2013). However this amount was not visible after Sunday.
    And on top of it my message pack 95 (which used to get recharged automatically) is not yet activated. Again i recharged for 205 however my balance is still 15 rs and in back end (dont know what this is) it is 205…..but this money is not helping in activating message pack. And customer care are of no use as they are not picking up the call.
    I want know what happened to my money?

    Today morning (20.1.13) I found that Rs. 50 balance was deducted which I was not aware of. When contacted the customer care, the executive says that 22 rs was deducted for downloads (which I had not done) and as for the remaining she could not answer satisfactorily and later told that since system is not updated she cannot give much details. Airtel, You are the biggest network in India. Please live up to your image and give me back my hard earned Rs 50.

    I have tried calling your customer care center for last 1 month for getting my number ported. However your call center is not replying properly and often disconnect the call also even they don’t have the proper knowledge of the plan.
    If this is how you treat customers then i am better off with my current operator.

    I did a recharge of Rs.88.00 on 24th Oct’2012. The message later showed a Talktime Rs.75.32 (PF: 3 & Stax: Rs. 9.68)
    but my overall balance now shows only Rs.40/. I had called the customer care 198 asking if any value added services were activated, but none. So why is the amount of Rs.35 deducted from my talktime of Rs.75.32.

      Even I am also victim of the same fraud billing . I activated a tariff and my billing was not done as per the tariff. I suggest you to file a complaint with airtel and if you dont get your money refunded then file a complaint in TRAI . We customers need to be vigilant in order to keep a check on the exploitation done by telecom operators.

    My mobile number is 9987686644. I got this connection many years back in Mumbai.I have relocated my self in Goa. I do not get signal at my residence. Every time I have to make a call or receive I have to step out side. Many complaints to customer care ,lots of promises no action. Please let me know if you can do some thing to improve signal or should I switch to other service provider. K.K.Malhotra

    There is no customer care center ..its Customer Harrassment center. Horrible… they never ever have a solution to any issue …and the issues are created by them. They are a leading brand in TROUBLING their CUSTOMER….. I AM SURE EVEN A.R Rahman have stopped using Airtel

    Hi..i m using your service from more than 4 yrs. it’s absolutely ridiculous service….my balance had deducted saying that i have activate some value added service but actually i had not. and when i told them to deactivate the same service, still that service has not deactivated. my balance is still deducting. and now it’s difficult to get connected to customer care

    Absolutely ridiculous service….address change request given at gallery on 7th May. Same was not done till 20th May. Call center promised issue will be resolved by next day.However till today address change not done.
    Spoke to CSE at the call center Ms. Carol, who was talking as if she is favoring me by answering my calls. Complete laid back attitude towards customer complaint. Useless call center service ever experienced. If a simple address request takes a month even after producing all the required doc… you guys should shut down your services

Arrogance is the eligibility criteria to be an agent with airtel it seems….Feels good not to be a Airtel customer.
