    I am from Anantnag J&K. My humble request is that you improve your services in this region. We are using airtel from last 6 years and i was personally very much satisfied with airtel. From last one month we are facing serious problems like no network coverage and we are unable to use mobile internet facility in this particular area. When we use mobile internet it takes approx half an hour to activate the gprs connection. In spite of making several complaints on 121 and 198, our complaints are ignored every time and airtel never solves our problem. The main cause of this problem I think is because we are receiving the signal from a tower (Rahoo) which is very far from us and the tower nearer to us does not provide us the signal.

    I am from akhnoor town (Jammu) and the service of airtel here is negligible. Please do something to enhance the service of Airtel by providing a RTT or full tower in main akhnoor town.

    Your pre paid customer service is very poor. The phone calls of customers are not being entertained by your customer care representatives. Dialing 121 yields no result vis-a-vis talking to CCR but Only listening to attractive offers.

    I am trying to reach my friend in Jammu on number xx. I did call and speak once last week. Now I cannot reach nor can my friend reach me. When I ring I can hear the standard call, songs, etc but the call never connects.

    Sir, i hv a complaint about the service provided by airtel in rural areas. 1- network signals are weak. 2- internet facility sometimes goes off 4 a long period. NOTE- Even the people of rural areas gave same amount 4 recharge as given by urban, then why not they enjoy the service correctly. if u start giving ur sim cards , then to give full network service is ur duty nd right of customer. plz solve this ?

    Dear sir your company has been hacked all around by tricks .There is no need of gprs packs now .I have recharged a internet pack of 97rs but my friend has downloaded opera mini mo free gprs on airtel and uses free gprs and now we are all using it free .Do something to block these tricks i am worried.

    I’m from Thailand. I bought one prepaid airtel no. in Delhi about a week ago and it works well. Now i’m traveling in Srinagar but my airtel prepaid no. is not working anymore. I’m going to Leh in next 2-3 days. Will it work well in Leh?

    Sir, i am using my airtel no. since airtel launched in j&k. It was post paid no. then. I changed to post paid and deposite my docs. When prepaid services resumed i again deposited the docs. I have deposited doc more than 5 times. My documents are the same how can i provide you the documents which is as per govt. Instruction if election commision has not issued me new valid id card despite the fact i have applied fo r it two times and also voted in MLA & panchayat election.

    Respected sir, i’ve been using Airtel prepaid number 9906672521 since 2005, upto 30th April 2011, But suddenly the company has blocked my number saying that registration has failed. For God sake tell me how iz it possible although i’ve been using this no. for 7yrs. And i’ve completed all the necessary procedure laid by the company.. Plz let me know wat to do.. We are very fed up:)
