    I have been charged approx. Rs.50,000 (Rupees Fifty Thousand ) for one or 2 hrs internet usage while roaming during my current visit to Dubai. Strangely when I landed Dubai my number automatically got disconnected /unregistered and when my secretary called Airtel customer care on 27th , 28th & 29th we got the reply that we have to contact and get registered with DU OR ETISALAT NETWORK operator to enjoy roaming services and when i contacted both operators they conveyed that my services were deactivated on 26th December. Finally when we spoke to Indian customer care at 121 we were SHOCKED TO KNOW that in 1 DAY on arrival date 26th Dec.,my bill got generated to approx. Rs. 50,000.00(Rs. Fifty Thousand ) against my credit limit of Rs. 5000.00(Rs. Five thousand only) and they (Airtel India) themselves took decision to disconnect my services without even any intimation or prior warning. Reason given by Airtel Indian Customer care was my 3 g data /GPRS plan was activated till 31rst which is IMPOSSIBLE because we were after airtel from 26th December,2012.

    The charge OF Rs.. 50,000.00 (Rs. Fifty Thousand ) in unbilled amount in one day is baseless as it is not possible to use internet without getting registered with Dubai local providers DU & Etisalat. And secondly, if my credit limit was of Rs 5000 then how my bill can be generated for Rs 50,000.00 (Rs. Fifty Thousand in one day of my landing ) and how my data usage can exceed to this much amount. Even when we made request on 22nd to activate roaming no one took initiative to explain us the charges if on ISD Roaming

    Why dont your customer care clearly inform people on the charges? Shouldnt they warn and inform when the amount exceeds the limit? And they even froze my account now. The bill is three times more than my air ticket to Dubai. I am completely shocked.

    My postpaid connection 981825269 has been disconnected without any reason(Even Airtel Customer Care are not able to reply, they says it has been suspended but there is no reason). while dialing this no. from other number the recorded message “please check the no.” Would apreciate airtel to take n.a.

    i am using airtel number xx. i had rs 181 on 4th and suddenly on 5th of october it shows balance 31. i have separate package of internet 98 Rs and 35 for sms .. can u please explain why did you cut 150/- Rs. please reply or return my money back.. this is really bad that u cut money without any intimation and reason.. please do the needful urgently.

    we have been trying to stop services active services on xx, but inspite repeated attempts, the services are yet to be stopped. further the services are being activated by airtel, without we making any request for the same. pls discontinue all active services viz: real estate alerts service & mobile bazaar service with immediate effect.

      I have a prepaid mobile connection continuing since long in Patna(Bihar). I have to visit London and Miami(USA) within a fortnight . Is there any provision to avail international roaming from the existing prepaid connection ? If so, what I need to do ?

    I have contacted several times regarding my internet access,I never use internet but after few times Rs 0.10P is reduced from my balance amount.Today I change my sim by pay Rs 25/-it is loss.Kindly solve my problem.

    I am a corporate customer of Airtel and my mobile no. is xx.
    For the last several months I am facing Network problem even in Delhi also. Due to this my mobile bill is coming very high, because i have to call many times to a number to contact and also to receive a call. In fact the Mobile Tower is only 20 FEET far from my Residence at Najafgarh, New Delhi -43.
