    I have been debited with Rs 30/- for shayari subscription on 03 jan, same amount for bakti subscription on 06 jan and still for roadies subscription on 10 jan 2012. None of this I have applied. Its just disgusting and when i call 198 its alway busy and busy. Is Aircel looting people?

    Its more than 5 days that i bought an aircel SIM at a local shop in jorhat and still it is not activated. This shows that the aircel service is not at all concerned about there customers.

    An amount of Rs. 15 was deducted from my account without my concern, and i confirmed why the deduction was made, an executive told me, “it was due to some link on the mobile which i have clicked” by unfortunately i haven’t even open that link message in my mobile rather now i have deleted it. This was not a fault done by me. Farther when i call 198 an executive named Madhurima disconnected my call, this means this aircell has nothing to help me with.

    This is all about your kind information, if anyone in Aircel can help me out.
    This incidence happened once more with me a 3 or more months back, i was not refunded.

    Now this time i want refund back. Even i have the screen shot of the message send by Aircel.

    i would be glad if anyone in Aircel could help me.

      I recharged a net pack of Rs. 26 but in the name of 10 kb, 20 kb, 30 kb, 40 kb my main balance has been deducted. It has been reduced from Rs. 52 to Rs. 36. I have been continuously contacting the customer service regarding this matter but they ask me to hold on and then they disconnect my call. They then don’t bother to answer my call. Then I had to contact them from my Vodafone number.

      Even after contacting them several times, they still applied the same tactic and disconnect my phone call after asking me to stay on line. one more thing, the people hired to serve and help out the troubled and customers are so conceited and big headed people. While I was telling them the purpose of ringing them up, the person on the other side questioned me whether I want to talk in english or any other language. Really a bunch of uncivilized and arrogant apes.

    Rs 402/- was debited from my account on 18 and 19 Dec 2011 on account of browsing of internet. Whereas my internet was not connected on these days. On complaining to customer care, some Mr Kanu told me that recharge of Rs 98/- has not been done on my number, thats why it is being not connected. Again on complaining to 198, I was given a complaint No 1-6884760138. There was a call for me from Aircel 3G regarding the complain but the concern person not replied me satisfactorily and told me that right now he has not having the complete details and he will call me later on. On inquiry again on 28 Dec 11, I was surprised because I was told that your complaint has already been sorted out This is a clear cheating by Aircel because if there is no browsing by me due to some problem in my net connection and my complaint to Mr Kanu might be on record, how I can be charged Rs 402/- on two particular days.
