    I purchased an Aircel sim card in Dindugal. The retailer has not activated my sim card yet. I have given all the identity proofs and photos. My native place V.P.M. district. How can I activate the sim card. Please send the Aircel store address.

    Without my knowledge, automatically am subscribed to TV channel. I dont know how it happens. Every month i an charged with Rs.150/. I complained several times to customer care to stop this, but there is no proper response.

    From my experience with Airtel:
    1.useless sms service and very slow gprs sevice
    2.poor customer service
    3.worst gprs
    4.unnecessary value added services
    5. no responses from senior executives
    6.aircel tower problem

    aircel customer service is very very bad..i called to complaint many times,but no action, no responsblity.when i recharge my credit der is some money reduced…this is forgery..

    I’m having the Aircel Number ******. Unexpectedly my son switched on the activation of ‘FUN FACTS’. I don’t want it. I complained several times to stop this. But the amount is deducted from my account for the dirty ‘FUN FACTS’ till now. Will you stop this?
