I do not know where to complaint online. No information on call center and staff on ground cannot answer. I am in Jakarta waiting for a 12AM flight, delayed from a 8:30 PM schedule. This is what you call a service? Are you guys pushing the 8:30 PM flight passengers to 12 AM because there are not that many of us? To what extent are you willing to be held liable? A simple sorry will not do. If Airasia is a reputable airline, you must have had another plane on standby in Jakarta. Or send a replacement plane from elsewhere. This is stupid. The stupidest thing ever.
This is very frustrating. I called them since morning to change my brother’s flight from KL to Sarawak. No answer at all! They must’ve put it at silent. A way to avoid getting calls from customer or trying to get more cash. My goodness

How could I be compensated for my three hours flight delay. It happened on the 9th May 2014 at the new KLIA2. The delay caused me a loss of time and inconvenience. I was supposed to fly to Labuan at approx 1800 hours.
The check in counter at Senai airport was closed when my maid arrived 45 minutes prior to departure time. Hence she was not able to check in her luggage and boarded the flight which has been checked in earlier via internet with only a 7 kg bag. She has paid for her excess luggages and would like to resend the same which consists of her Hari Raya gifts to her family and friends. Can you please enlighten me as your officer assured that the luggages can be sent as long as they are sufficient proof. Thank you.

I would like to postpone my flight booking number FBCZQM due to MERS still spreading in Korea. May I know how to contact your team since I’m calling your service centre for few day but nobody pick up? So, what should I do? The flight in on September 2015. It’s almost three months time. I hope Airasia management would arrange the postpone date to next year without charges since the MERS is out of our control. We are total 8 persons go there. I’ve booked (MKIF4U)& paid for my flight ticket from Yogyakarta to Kuala Lumpur on 4 Apr 2016 (Depart 5:15pm, Arrive 8:45pm). However I’ve to change my flight a day earlier i.e. 3 Apr 2016, departure time remains 5:15pm.
Can I change the flight date and much will be the charges. And how to do the changes. Tq
I had booked a return flight for 24 Nov 2016 from Penang to Kuala Lumpur on 22 Nov 2016 for my superior. My booking number was DHSWVW. I wish to highlight that I was unable to proceed with the booking as I was informed that the email address is invalid when I keyed-in both my superior and my email address. Due to urgency, I managed to proceed booking by using my colleague’s email address. For your information, I have no problem in booking with other airlines using my email address.
Would appreciate if you could advise what’s gone wrong as I cannot forever using my colleague’s email address for booking flight with Airasia.
Hope you can assist to resolve the issue so that such problem will not occur in future (As I need to book flight for my bosses and colleagues most of the time).

Air Asia needs to be people friendly . We have been calling since 17november for advice because we have a wheel bound child of 9 going to India on 19 November @ 6.30. We can never be in touch with details of customer service in web or listed numbers. Please put your house in order and more approachable
On 24/9/2019 I booked 8 tickets to Beijing. Booking No:GSFCRS. I accidentally missed out the add on value pack to my booking. I hope that you allow and assist me to have the value pack add on to my bookings. Please do not advise me to do the normal add on now because there is a lot of difference in the prices and my tickets are going to be very expensive. It may even be higher than any other other non Low cost airlines. I ‘v tried many times to make my requests through AirAsia we chat but my request was turned down each time. I hope AirAsia will treat this request as an exceptional case as my family is a patriotic and frequent Air Asia flyers. Furthermore, taking into consideration that I am a senior citizen who really has to struggle to make my bookings successful, please do allow me to have the value pack add on to my bookings. I am very stressful over this unintentional error on my bookings. Hope AirAsia will look into this matter seriously. Thanking you in anticipation.
On 14/11/2019 I booked 7 tickets to Kota Kinabalu,Sabah. When I submit the payment that is out Pending Confirmation-Booking ID:M8ITWR. After booking I notice that my credit card unsufficient credit limit. In the same day I have make payment to my credit card. On 15/11/2019 I have call credit card department to double check the payment credited to Air Asia, bank told the amount already received by air Asia. I have call air Asia to check my confirmation, air Asia staff said don’t have any record under my name. (Payment done but haven’t received any confirmation from air Asia). Please advise me what should I do ? I am very stressful over this unintentional error on my bookings. Hope AirAsia will look into this matter seriously. Thanking you.
Air Asia needs to be customer friendly.you are unapproachable. Your call centers cannot be reached on the listed numbers.your service should be available 24×7
You have limited numbers of bank for card/ online payments eg Affin bank which was until recently in your list has been suddenly excluded.
Your uncaring and unfriendly approach will make you loose customers so please improve this aspect by cutting short on other advertisements method
In view of the current situation of the spread of the Coronavirus and the declaration by WHO as a Global emergency, can I cancel my flight scheduled on 9/2/20 and returning on 12/2/20 and get a refund?
