I booked a ticket from Bangalore to Delhi for myself and put in my father’s name and other details under the emergency contact. The ticket was booked from the air Asia website. To my shock I was emailed the ticket with my father’s name as the passenger name. Multiple attempts to contact air Asia have failed. None of their phone numbers exist! Terrible experience. This is an airline not worth using at all

    Dear Team,

I boarded a Air Asia India Flight I5-2771 from New Delhi to Guwahati @ 7.50 am. Where I handed over my check in Luggage at Counter. After landing at Guwahati I was shocked to see that My lock and hook of my luggage was broken and all cloths are scattered inside and cash amount of Rs 27000 was stolen. I reported the matter to customer support and FIR was lodged against Air Asia Management. No revert till date. I am very much sure this is bigger nexus which is going on and am sure the persons who has done screening of my Luggage has done this incident.I have asked for Name and designation of persons who has done screnning of my luggage, CCTV footage video clipping of person who has done this act. I will make sure this things don’t go off so easily. Will drag the CEO & MD, Chariman and Air staff mangement to Court till Justice is done.

AIR ASIA has not refunded full fare or any amount after it agreed to do. They escalated the application for refund and provided a print out. Payment was made online via Debit Card. Till date no money has been refunded.
