Worst service I have ever experienced. They put me on hold for 53 mins and still it’s been more than a week my issue hasn’t resolved yet..
My Ticket reference No. HC6FS booked for 31.07.2021. I had to reschedule my flight due to orders from MOD and accordingly requested for reschedule and paid ?3150/- as directed by airlines call center on30.07.2021 evening it self. After that no message has come from the airlines. I made more than 20 calls to the airlines call centre and found no reschedule done. The call center neither resolve the issue nor refund the money paid and realised. The response from their e-commerce also redirects to the same call center knowing pretty well that nothing is going to happen. My request is that they should provide the service for which they gleefully charged the bill

It’s almost been 10 months since we’ve been chasing Air India for a refund of the cancelled flight from April ’20 (details mentioned in the trail mail), after being left on hold for hours and having spoken to almost 20 different customer care executives who resorted to giving us false contact information of their seniors, I write this email to you with a lot of distress and anguish. Air India has made us chase for over 10 months and then falsely claiming on both occasions that refund had been processed on 24th Oct’20 and 29th Oct’20, one of which reflected in my account last month. The elusive concerned authorities have never provided any reference number related to the claim of the refund made from their side.
These details of the refund provided to me were for the ID : 098AO14395C4T /W made on 24/10/2020 , even past 4 months of this claim, neither the bank nor I have noted this transaction ever being made. I preferred complaints to appellate authorities but no response. Even after sending mails as well as calls to customer care for almost 20 times, Money has been withheld for more than a year.
Air India deliberately changes the schedule of the booking as it says in their terms that once booking is modified it cannot further be rescheduled or cancelled for more than once to secure their bookings in their favor. There is No interest of the airline in customer support. I have booked a flight and undergoing stress due to negligence of the air india team. Once you have booked an air ticket with Air India there is no choice left with you to manage your booking yourself for rescheduling or cancellation due to unavoidable circumstances. There has been no support at all.
I traveled to Bangkok by flight number AI332 on 19 February 2019 but on arrival at Bangkok, I was unable to get my bag( tag number-AI758894 and File reference number_BKKAI12832).
After many reminders neither I got my bag nor the lost certificate so that I can claim from insurance.
Please look in the matter
I Gurnam Shamsher Singh alongwith my colleague Hardeep Singh Reached IGI Airport On Sep 20th at 7.30 PM to board Flight AI 314 scheduled to leave at 11.55 Pm for Hongkong and came to know it will leave at 00.55 and later at 01.55 and then at 4.00 AM then 8 AM and then 11.30 Am and then 2.00 PM. It is mockery. I was to attend a Conference at Hongkong Sep 21-23. My first day completely missed and so tired that second day was not possible and not sure that this is a final announcement or further change. Decided to get journey cancelled ataround 10.30 after seeing the next schedule at 2.00 on Sep 21. My Hotel reservations at Hongkong for 21st till 24th ie for 3 nights were cancelled without refund. The currency exchange losses and the night suffering at Airport with no responsible employee of Air India, only outsourced staff with no information about Aircraft. I was told the flight was to come from Mumbaiands that was sent to London, keeping in mind that passengers for Hongkong can be handled but not of London comparatively. They had not courage to declare once that they do not have crew and flight will go next day. Some passengers were stranded for last three days for the same flight. All passengers had a procession with in Airport shouting ‘Air India Hai Hai and shame shame. Later at around 9.30 in morning the Airport Authority senior Officer and Airport Officer arrived and assured plave will leave at 11.30 which was again changed. I have many Movie clippings with me of the shouting passengers and with outsourced staff at the Counter and later with Air India officials with false and misleading promises. Further it took more then 6 Hours to come out of Airport after cancellation. This was a horrible experience. The formalities to come out and get back the luggage and Passport is tedious job. Entry at Airport at 7.30 PM and exit at 5.00 PM next day. I need the compensation of Harassment at Airport, My loss of Hotel Booking, Currency exchange loss and missing an important conference. Will some body look into it before I file a law suit and also in Consumer Court. Yours Victim.
Dear sir,
I along with my family booked, as mentioned below, confirmed air tickets from Calcutta to Tezpur for 11.05.2017 and back for 18.05.2017 tickets also in your prestigious Air India air lines.
From Calcutta to Tezpur and Back :-
1.Yatra reference No. 1604747127154 for Anil Chopra PNR – YWW4B (Air India AI–9735,AirIndia AI–9736,AirIndiaAI – 730)
2.Yatra reference No. 180477659291 for Sushil Chopra & Sarlla Chopra, PNR – YWW4B, (Air India ,AI – 9735, Air India AI – 9736 , Air India AI – 730,)
Due to some unavoidable circumstances (viz. my 77 yrs. old mother’s illness), we were left with no other options to cancel the air tickets.
After cancellation, it is very much surprising to know that no amount is refunded to me or any other option, like any other date with same tickets can be availed, was given to me.
Since, I am almost regular flyer in Air India and have great respect for them I am very much disheartened @ hurt with this attitude.
Sir, viewing the afore said facts and travelling with a senior citizen, your renowned Air India air lines should consider this as special case by giving me a privilege to get the booked amount back to me to avoid any disrespect for your airlines.
Hoping the favorable consideration.
Yours
Anil Kumar Chopra

Hello
This is Mini Jha and I travelled with my daughter to Air India from DEL-ORD on 26th January and had a horrible experience.
Air India official were not able to validate my document at the airport and hence because of this delay I was about to miss my flight. Finally I lost my valuable jacket because of this , myself and my daughter were mentally harassed with behavior of these staff.
The staff were saying that the Advance Parole issued by Homeland Security is not a enough evidence to say that you can travel to USA. This has happened with for second time. They don’t understand visa documents.
My friends were asking me to go by some other carrier but I kept on insisting that Air India is the best Airlines to travel to India. With this kind of people you are having at International Airport who does not have knowledge of Visa document , I don’t think we can make Air India best and people will prefer not to travel by Air India. I always prefer to travel by Air India but please reply so I can be confident to travel by this carrier in future. Can you please look into this matter and waiting for your response. If needed I can speak further.

Dear Concerns
My name is Dilpreet Singh (+91 9958003842) frequent domestic corporate traveller.
Recently (19th Nov) I travelled from AirIndia AI-809 (PNR num – YW3XD) from Mumbai to Delhi, want to highlight few concerns
• Morning flight late by 30 mins from schedule departure (might be due to traffic congestion)
• Post takeoff food start serving as usual good AirIndia practice and taste was also very good.
• Serving staff even not bothered to ask passenger for their choice (veg/non veg)
• Food trays were not proper covered/rap – all foil papers are open seems reusing of foil papers
• All gravy food is coming out
• In the month of Nov No option for Normal water bottle – all bottles are freeze
• Only single set of Kettle available in economy class for serving tea/coffee
In my view we need to focus on Hospitality which cost nothing but giving WOW feeling
AirIndia is not only Airlines its representing our Great Nation India and we all should proud on it.
As Citizen of India these are just me feedback for National Airline Company.
