I am staying in Batam, it is very costly to contact citibank from Batam by phone, normally i call citibank only when I am in Medan.
2 months ago i received a new credit card from citibank, and yesterday I received email – estatement for annual membership fee. as far as i know, new card should be free from annual fee for first year, and i did not activate this card yet.
I am so disappointed with Citibank Credit Card services lately, if this is the trend then 1 would try to limit my credit card usage as well from now on. Usually if the marketing guys offer any kind of credit to a customer means the customer is eligible to get it because this is an offering not a request from customer.
Few weeks ago I was offered the so called Ready Credit and I had to provide certain documents, but after that I was neglected and I called several time to the dept to pick up the necessary documents. As long as I am concerned I never fail to pay any monthly credit card bills nor have any bad debt as well.
