My Loan Account No: LZXC204259493
I have closed my above Loan account no. on 21.01.2013 . I have handed over my Cheque No: 015718. Inspite of that Citibank has deducted a sum of Rs.xx from our ICICI Bank Ltd., through ECS for the month of February, 2013. When my account has been closed, why Citibank has to deduct the ECS amount from my account.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I tried to log into your site after a while toiday (I have an NRI Rupee Checking Account), I forgot my usercode/password and even after struggling for an hour your website did not give it to me.
This is absolutely the WORST user experience site I have come across.
– There is no easy link for forgot usercode/password. When I filled it out, the screen came back – it didnt tell me if my information was accepted or not!!
– The site was supposed to send me something on my phone or email in 15 minutes – NOTHING!!!
– Worse still, there is no customer service number that I can call from the US to walk me through it
– On looking for “Contact us” – yours is the only email address that cam eup. No other email addresses. There was a “Write us” link – who writes letters these days???
I am very frustrated with this experience and don’t know who to contact to give my usercode/password!!!
Thanks,
Vikas Bhatnagar
