A couple years ago, I bought a Canon MB2320 Maxify printer at the Best Buy location at Scarborough, Toronto. I tried to print a document and I got the message, “printer not connected.”
Also, the On light on the printer would not go off; the screen that displays the functions would not light up; the yellow light at the right of the printer also illuminated and would not go off. What is wrong with the printer?
I bought a Canon Camera Power Shot ELPH360HS for work purposes. It is a good camera but I need to send some photographs by email to other clients and find it difficult due to large sized files. Please advise if you have a software to reduce the files sizes.
My pictures and vids were accidently erased from my card and deleted from the camera. Is there a retrieval process or software in which to recover pictures or vids from the hard drive of the camera and what instructions can I follow
Over the past few years I have owned three canon SX -1O cameras. All the cameras developed the same problem after a year or so. The lens started to freeze up and it would say “lens error: restart camera” The problem eventually gets worse and the camera barely works without this happening. The first one I sent away to fix, the second one also but I didn’t insure it and it disappeared from the Calgary Postal Warehouse, and now my third canon 1O camera and it is also doing this. I really like the camera and the quality of the pictures, but I believe a $400 camera should last more than a year before it starts having problems.
Hello, I have lost the installation disc for my Canon Printer (Super G3; iSensys; MF4150; KVW20649) – I have purchased a new laptop and would very much like to use my excellent Canon printer/scanner/copier machine. Would it be possible to email me the installation download to my email address? Or is there another way I can obtain the download? Kind regards, Tracey
In November 2011, I purchased a scanner 9000 F. The negative and film set was not included with the shipment. It has been a frustrating time ever since, to obtain this item. To save lots of time and trouble, I decided to purchase the item as per advertised price of $20. I was directed to the company that sells parts for Canon. They would charge $40. but no stock. Canon E stores do not seem very helpful either. So far I have not been able to use this item. Do you have any suggestions?? At the age of 83, I would like to see the hundreds of photographs recorded on discs for my grand children, but time is running out!!
your only way out is to check with more dealers..
I have lost my camera manual for my recently purchased Canon SX30 lS. Are there online manuals?
At Christmas I was given the T1I. The other day it was left out overnight in the pouring rain. After letting it dry out, it works as well as the day I bought it. Thumbs up to Canon. I will never own another brand of camera, I have also recently bought the canon camcorder.
