    VIA Skyscanner I tried to book a ticket from Cape Town to Johannesburg for my daughter flying on the 17th of December at 1800 hrs. I was told I should hear something back within a couple of hours. Untill now two days later I have heard nothing. Please help.

    I was in south africa legally on refugee status.When my six months renewable contract expired I approached home affairs as is the norm to have my status renewed.I was informed they could not renew my status and had to leave the country within 14 days. This happened prior to my being unceremoniously whisked away and detained as an illegal immigrant. My freedom was upon purchase of a plane ticket from Capetown to Harare assuring my leaving the country.I was under much duress and motherly stress as i spent the night away from my suckling baby. I therefore purchased the ticket with your service which I did not use as my baby did not have a passport. Is it possible for me to use the tucket from Harare to Capetown instead? What other options are available to redeem the ticket.
