    Aircel is a useless company that just keep on adding bills and no one accepts the cancellation letter but keep on increasing the bill even after not using it and throwing it out and finally some advocate calls us to attend the case. One of the useless company is Aircel.

    The Worst customer care service ever discovered. I would give the award for giving wrong information & misusing the services. I don’t know what is aircel’s policy may be to cheat as many as possible & pay as less as possible to the employees by hiring immature & filthy untrained people. I wish to meet the TRAINERS & the Q.C. department as hats off to them of their non performance record & unleashed attitude towards the calls.

    I don’t know for what salary they are recruiting under aged people who don’t have office etiquette and give out wrong information to customers after a wait of more than 30 minutes.

    I have called an agent asking a simple question that my call rates were 30 paisa per minute which has changed and what should I do to get it back, he suggested me 77rs recharge and did not tell that every 120 second of the first minute will be charged as 2 paisa per second i.e; I am paying Rs 1.80 everyday for nothing apart from the usual 30 paisa per minute scheme.
    They are defrauding by advertising Rs 77 scheme actually it is Rs 239 scheme which I have beared & I don’t want others to bear.

    My father recharged my number with 50 rupees. After 2 minutes, i received sms saying that I have renewed joke pack for 30 rupees. I dint permit it. Have called up 198 for complaints. Have been calling for a long time, and they keep directing me to some superior. No response.

    I have recharged Rs.198/- towards internet usage in Aircel office, 80ft road, Koramangala branch. I demanded for receipt / bill for recharge amount. He is refused to pay bill.. I don’t know why. He is giving non sense answer.

    I recharged for Rs.111 on 26.11.11(0600pm) at aircel office Indira nagar bangalore and received sms that transaction is successful. After one hour i found that my balance became 0.02ps without any intimation or sms..rushed to your aircel office and informed about it… they took complaint no.SR1-6592121261 and told problem will be resolved.on 28.11.11 when i visited i found no response for the complaint..
    i dont understand why customer complaints are neglected?
