Dear Mr. Luetold, your complains are clearly the result of your limited knowledge’s to handle your computer. I never have had any problem. Maybe you have to go train yourself with a better understanding in computers.

    Booking nearly impossible

Yesterday I was booking a flight for my friends, because they don’t have a credit card.
The server of Air Asia was so overflowing, that I had to retipe the datas 3-4 times!
Every time I go back to the previous page, I lost my entered data. It was the reason
why your system give me a wrong flight time (the program took the first field of every
flight). (P.s. My cookies are activated!). At least I was so nerved by these system errors
that I couldn’t/didn’t control the entered data properly!

Today I tried to correct the times at the Chiang Mai Airport. The staff there told me I have
to pay about 4500 Baht (!!!), if I would do it online by myself, I have to pay “ONLY” about
2500 Baht. Do you understand this as a customer service?! On every other airline like
Air Berlin, Emirates, Thai Airways, Swiss a trivial change like this is absolutely free!

Another problem is, that you make automatic place reservation (costs money, of course)
and you book an insurance; the customer has to find out, how he can cancel this flight
options. Older people have so no chance to book a cheap flight online. This seems to me
a criminal act and I can’t accept such an expensive procedure.

I ask you to change my flight times – FREE (like a serious company), because it is not my
fault, that your server was not available or overflowing!

I wait for a fast answer from you and I hope we will find a fair solution.

    René Luetold, Chiang Mai
