Air France in India has very bad customer service for baggage delay and theft .
they try to confuse and try to avoid paying compensation any way. Beware of Air France in India.
Air France is use less then as it does not listen to customer grievances. I need a compensation for this..

Me and my wife travelled from JFK to Bangalore on 22 June 2011. There were 4 bags out of which 2 bags were received on the day we reached Bangalore that is 24th June 2011 at 00:15 hrs. 2 bags were delivered late bearing number DL986815 and DL986816. The bags which were delivered late on 26th june through person called as Chandrshekhar at 11.30am at Belgaum.We had all the clothing as well as the day today medicines along with prescriptions in the late bags. Due to the inconvenience and mental agony caused by Air France, we had to purchase everything from scratch. My wife is a diabetic and BP patient and it was really very difficult to manage without the prescriptions and the medicines. We need compensation for the delay and the enormous mental agony caused in order to have good customary relations and choose Air France once again, it is necessary to consider my grievence and arrange for the compensation.

It is silly..there are hundreds of passengers with similar complaints. If you are serious about compensation, then you can only get one by taking the case to the court..otherwise I dont think Air France is going to compensate..
i am boarding an Airfrance flight to London and then connecting from the same terminal to Mumbai(india).Do I need a UK transit visa pls advise
