dear personnel concerned,
last year, i bought a lcd projector of acer brand. just after a few months something went wrong; there were formation of vertical lines displayed plus particles of blackish dotes formed at right side. These are becoming more and more each time of using, sooner they will cover the whole surface of display. what are the possible causes to the lines and the blackish particles? I should have taken the projector to the dealer where i bought it somehow i lost the warranty card. How much would it cost if I want to repair?

i bought an ACER 5820TG i5 in Singapore last year June 2010.
